Fudo's Spring Organic Sativa Grow

5 is an excellent number in there and still leave room to move around!

It's always a relief to see them sprout.
I don’t know guy’s, she’s looking pretty pathetic. I had to peal her helmet off. She was planted to shallow. I need to start being a little more precise. She also came out of the same towel and bag as the others and has the pink spot on her tap root. Note to self, self, start from fn scratch every time! We’ll see what she looks like tonight.

Pics.

Good afternoon. We’re back down to 4 plants but that’s ok, that was the plan anyway. So far no issues.
On my Biscotti 2.0 grow, I had a plant hermie on me. Pretty sure it was the one I bent in half, she apparently didn’t like that. I’ve been finding some pretty good seeds and have been sporadically planting them in old pots and such to see what happens. Well we got one but I’m not sure what to do with it.

Roots are doing good, I’m starting to water around the edges.

Looks like the late start of an outside summer grow! And nice roots for that little plant. :thumb:
Yeah I wish I could leave it but we have too many kids around. I’m actually hoping it’s a male. I’ll hide it somewhere outside and try and collect pollen. Do hermie plants produce males? I’m clueless on that front.

I’ve been watering more sparingly, trying to make the roots work for it a bit.

If it hermied because of genetics then they're most likely to produce more hermies I believe.

If it hermied from stress then it's just more likely to hermie from stress again. Without stress it would probably stay female.
Cool thanks. When it starts to look like a weed plant I’ll decide what to do with it.

Everything is growing nicely with no issues. This to me is where it gets boring. A couple more weeks of this before anything fun happens.

Three out of four plants look great but one of the MP’s is looking a little crinkly and growing a little slower. I’m not real concerned yet, I’ve had worse that turned out ok.

I transplanted a beefsteak tomato plant into my soil and it’s doing great. Hey @InTheShed , my outside seeding, it’s been sitting in a drizzle all morning. Can I leave it out there? It’s already soaked.

I’m calling today day 17 give or take.
My strange MP is still strange but growing albeit a little slower than the rest.

The plants were droopy this morning. It got really cold last night, too cold for tropical strains. It was only 71F at the tray bottom and 67F at the soil and also pretty dry. I watered them and hooked up my state of the art heating system for a little tropical breeze and also removed the board between the tray and heat mat.
The temp is now 81F at the bottom and 76F at the soil. They seemed to have perked up a bit when I peeked in last.

I took the the Biscotti 2.0 bag seed plant and moved her in doors. She stalled a bit due to the weather I think and she can’t finish out there anyway. So I filled the bottom of a cup with my soil and scooped her out with my hands and plopped her in. I missed the mark but didn’t want any more stress so that’s how she’s staying. Hope I didn’t kill her. Have a great day.

Wouldn’t exactly call them perky, but they’re much better. It was now getting too hot so I ditched the heat mat. It’s now staying right at 76F & 84%H from bottom to top. The ensuing drop in humidity will help let me know when they need a drink. I just watered them yesterday. Right now they have a nice tropical environment to enjoy. Have a great day.
