UPDATE:
11 days from seed/Truthband is about 15 days from seed.

One of the Lemon Skunks have been topped. All plants have been transplanted into bigger containers. I also gave then straight tap water that has been bubbling and sitting out for a few days. Here are some pictures

UPDATE:
12 days from seed/Truthband is about 16 days from seed.

Topped the other 2 girls today. Now they are all topped. I will top Truth band again more then likely to slow her down a little. I harvested my other tent but still have 1 left in there that seems to need another couple of weeks. I dont know if these can handle another 2 weeks. I guess I need to order some more light sockets so I can add some more light. I have the bulbs I just need some more sockets. Then they should be fine.

Not only do I not mind, But I insist. I love the company and love talking shop. Feel free to drop any questions or suggestions you may have. I would rather someone be honest than nice. If they can do both, even better. LOL How do you like Earth Juice? Do you bubble yours for 24-48 hrs. What about ph ing? Do you ph Your mix? Iv been thinking about going to fox farm. Seems easier. But I am going to wait and see what kind of weight I got with my first grow and wait until I have a smoke report before deciding.

Sorry im a couple updates behind. Here was the other day

All have been topped and are currently being LST. They were never intended to stay in the little tent this long. But they seem to be doing ok. I have ordered some more light sockets.

Now I just got to wait for them to come in, as these girls will have to stay put. I think I will move them when I transplant them into the 3 gal fab pots. Then I will move them and put them under the screen. By then they should have enough arms to start running.

Here are the girls as of today. They dong look to bad.

I still have not watered them since transplanting . Prolly will Sunday.

Ok So my new light fixtures came in. Which is good because the plants are trying to bunch in the middle of itself trying to get light. I also watered them today with water that has been sitting out and bubbling for several days. I went ahead and decided I would try something this time. And I topped all of the plants again. That way I got 4 tops I can spread in the scrog. Things never seem to work out the way I have them in my head so Im trying not to even think about that part yet. Right now I just want to get them ready for the scrog. Here are some pictures.

Ok so today was a big day. First, I emptied my fab pots that still had dirt and stalk left from the first grow. I then took a bag and brushed them off the best I could. Then turned them inside out and did the same. Then threw them In my washing machine with just a little of detergent, with extra rinse. I then let dry. After that I got my little ones ready and transplanted them into 3 GALLON FAB POTS I then watered with regular tap water that has been bubbling for days, I watered until i got some runoff. Then I filled in any holes that was left from watering fresh transplant. Transplanting when ok. No major disasters. After all that I then went back and LSTed them. Well all but 1. I will get it tomorrow. I plan to chop my Last plant from my first grow tomorrow. I will then clean my big tent real good with some bleach water. Then let it air out for a few hours and then relocate my girls to their new home. I hope the light change doesnt hurt them. I plan on keeping the light higher than normal at first. And then slowly lower it to about 32". Which seemed to be the sweet spot last grow. Much lower and my leaves would start to taco. I will continue LST for a few days or so, maybe a week until the tops grow out a little more from where I double topped it. Iv never in my life topped a plant more than once so I curious to see how they do in my scrog. I REALLY want to do better this grow. I would really like to get about 3zzs a plant. I will be satisfied I guess with 2 but thats what I got the first time. I hope to improve and get more. I will start nutes in a couple weeks. FFOF is pretty good by itself at first. I bought some Dyna-Gro Pro-tekt Tek-032 0-0-3 Silicon Supplement to add to my list of nutes. Here are some pics I took during the process.

I put some dirt in the pot then I put an extra container that I have my plants in the big pot and fill dirt around it to leave a nice hole for my roots.

Looking good. Howsjosh turned me onto your grow journal. I'll stick around also. I am doing an outdoor grow right now but will be going indoors once the summer is over so I'll be taking notes. Have you ever thought of doing T5 lights? You might get better coverage and more intensity. You can get T5 diy fixtures from home depot for about $30. Then just throw some grow bulbs in it. Not sure how much you have spent on all of your CFL's but it looks like it might be adding up.

Yea unfortunately it has added up. But They were never intended to be in there that long. I was just wanting to start them in there. And 4 bulbs would have been plenty. Not too expensive, about $30. But I missed timed things and they actually vegged in there a little. Next grow I will wait longer. So by the time its time to transplant them out of their cups, they will be going under the LED. I looked (somewhat) into getting T5s to start them under. But for the same reason I couldnt get an LED for the small tent I cant use T5s. Too small. My small tent is only 2x2x3. Like I said, it was only intended to start them in. I also started to get a 200 watt cfl with reflector but I felt that was overkill because Its just for seedlings and maybe some clones in the future. I have thought about growing a solo plant in there tho. A 12/12 plant perhaps. And now I got enough fixtures and lights to grow a solo plant for sure now. Just need a filter and better fan. Thanks for subbing in. Any advice, suggestions, or questions feel free.

wow your plants look super bushy compared to mine... or maybe its just the pics I get thrown off with pics... they look nice... I should probably start LSTing the sides on some of them today I tied some twine around each pot because I'll probably just tie down the sides and only have the main stem weighted...

Its not the pictures. they are super bushy. But mine is from seed and has had LST from very early age. I believe if memory serves me that yours are clones. That may be the difference. But if you keep LSTing them they will bush out.

What is going on that is messing your ladies up. Are you over watering? Feeding too soon. Or uncontrollable events? I got 2 4" air stones and a 100gallon pump that I was bubbling them with in a 5 gallon bucket. Works great but its a pain in the ass to then get nutes from bucket to jug. I was using a large wendys cup to dip it out and pour into gallon jug. But Im growing different strains that want different things. So now I have this going on.

Just remember, that you can take a plant, and put it in some regular potting soil, only water it when its completely dry, Keep any light leaks from taking place, and you can grow a low grade plant from seed to harvest with very little effort. I say this because its just natural for us to want to do everything we can, (especially on our first couple grows) and alot of the times we over do it. Over water, Over feed, over defoliate, Over think. Thats us noobs biggest threat and problem. So just take it easy. Take a dry pot and lift it up and down in your hands and feel how light it is. Then water that dry pot and then do the same and feel how heavy it is. Dont water again until its light again and the top inch of soil is dry. Babies use very little water so it last alot longer. So about every 5 days or so. Give or take a day. When they get bigger and into flower, then is when they will need it every 2 or 3 days. At least thats my to Abes.

PS
For simplicity you can just get you some Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. You wont need any nutes really until right before you switch to bloom. Some dont even use any nutes in it until they get to bloom. Just water it ever 4 or 5 days and let it do its thing.

I watered the girls today with 1tsp HI-BRIX Per Gallon. They took 3 Gallons with 1/3 Gallon runoff. They are looking pretty good so far but this is the easy part for the most part. My Dyna-Gro Pro-tekt arrived today but I just now figured it out after I already watered them. I wish I would have had it tho. I feel like this summer is gonna get hot. I will definitely use it next time. Along with maybe a light dose of Grow micro and catalyst. Here are some pictures of whats going on right now.

I mixed 1/2tsp of This

to 1 gallon of tap that has been bubbling. I then put some in a spray bottle last night and sprayed all the plants down real good with it after their session of LST. Im hoping it helps with the heat this summer. I will start adding it to my nute mix from here forth. I hope to put the screen on them tomorrow maybe. I still need to cut about an inch or 2 off the legs. I want it a little lower this time.
