It’s been a while.. outdoor grow is finishing up, I have some very beautiful girls indoor now, I managed to get my hands on some star pupil.. all I can say is omg... every single plant is beautiful and very nice structure.. here’s a few pics. The indoor is star pupil and on the left of the room is super lemon haze...
I’m having powder mildew issues and I just did a sulfur burn last weekend, so I really hope that fixes the problem.. thanks for following along to the few people still reading this

A sulfur burn is 100% effective against PM with one, single application if it is done right!

1. turn off all fans
2. Leave AC on
3. Remove all sensitive electronics
4. using a humidifier, raise rH to as close to 100% as possible. Walls dripping is a good start....
5. run the burn for 4 hours (obviously in the dark cycle)

Done! No more PM. 100% effective. The main thing is to get the rH way up.....that's what kills the PM when the sulfur mixes with the H2O we get sulfuric acid...kills the PM.

The only thing I didn’t do was raise the humidity, now I’m seeing PM in my 2 veg tents in my house.. I’m going to take all plants out of veg tents and do a sulfur burn in a different area and then I will wash walls down with bleach.. will that be sufficient or should I do the burn inside my tents which are inside my house? Thanks for replying and all your help

I have one more question, I’m going to set up a portable tent to do the sulfur burn in, if I’m unable to get the humidity up, can I lightly spray the plants with water to get same results?

You really, really need to get the humidity up. Spraying the plants will burn them.

Bleaching the walls will work. Put all the plants into a single tent, add wet towells, humidifier, etc.

Vape everything in there....wash everything else with bleach. That'll do it.

Sulfur burn is done, I just put all veg plants in my larger tent and did the burn.. my humidifier only goes up to 65 so I didn’t even waste my time with it.. I should be good now.. it’s been over a week since I did a burn in my flower room and so far I havnt seen any PM..

I have it pretty bad on one of my outside plants I’m harvesting, and also a little bud rot. I expect after tossing the bad buds I should get about 10 lbs.. we’ll see, I’ve never cared for the quality of sun grown anyways and will give most of it away to my friends, I have one more 1000 HPS I need to finish running power for,
so I can have 2K watts in my flower room.. little by little I’m getting set up really well.

Omg.. there’s just too much to process.. I need to rent a trimmer. Indoor is looking great, some of my star pupil has been having issues from the beginning. I’m starting to think that it’s a sensitive strain because all the ones started from seed is doing same thing, I’ll post some pics for everyone.. the super lemon hazy is looking great, that’s the one that’s furthest along in the pics, the purple ones are star pupil.. I forgot to tell everyone.. my wife is pregnant and we’re having a boy... yayyyy!!!

Congrats on the pregnancy and the boy to be! That is awesome! The Star Pupil gave me some issues while I was growing her. She seems to love to have excess root space. She would show signs of being root bound when the pit was only about half full of roots. I would up pot her and she would be happy for a bit again and then about half way through flower (if that) start looking sad again. She also did not drink all that fast. She took about 4 to 6 days to dry out as opposed to 3 like most. The dude from Mass Medical mentioned her liking to drink less often than others as well. I hope you get her dialed!

Thanks!! Very good info. I seem to have the problems during veg, once flowering she seems ok.. it totally makes sense about her not being happy in the root area.. how did you like your pupil? Did she produce a lot and how was the density of the nugs?

I did not burn any of her. My wife seemed to like her. Her smell is a little unconventional. She produced between 4 and 5 zips in a 7 gallon pot. She has tight nugs of medium density. Not airy by any means but not rocks either!

I’m trying to decide if I want to keep the star pupil going.. I’m now a scroging and I just love how well she scrogs and stretches.. here’s some pics of my outdoor harvests. This was the last time I’m running the Panama, I love this plant but the buds are just too dense and I always get bud rot.

I’ve heard a lot about grape pupil lately, I’m not sure if I like mass medical genetics.. we’ll see how these girls turn out. So far they are beautiful ladies.
I am growing out some Oregon huckleberry from dynasty seeds, there are only 2 phenos, I’ve heard some amazing things come from these guys.
I have a question for my readers, I have a girl that has powder mildew on the stem, it’s been treated with a sulfur burn so I’m not sure if the pm is dead or not. Should I keep her and treat her again? or leave her? Here’s some pics.

Some very nice looking buds you have there! If the Star Pupil is something you like keep her around! I really want to try MMS Grape Pupil. I need to find someone with seeds that wants to trade for something I have. I have way too many seeds to be able to justify buying any more lol.
Yeti, I just ran through all my seed stock.. I’m so relieved I did. I need more room, that’s my problem, always on the hunt for that perfect strain.. hahahahah I think I’m getting close, or at least I hope I am. I have a super lemon haze I picked up from the dispensary and she is amazing, rock hard buds but very low yielding. I tried to Scrog her since she’s sativa but I’m not happy how it turned out. I’ll get some pics this week.. I’m shocked I found a gem at a club.. I wonder if I can change the title to my grow since it’s perpetual and ever changing

I tend to chop anything with PM and anything in the room with it. If that is not what you want to do I would wipe all the PM off of her that you can and see if it blooms again. If it does, either kill it off or treat again.

I have grown a few things from Dynasty and they all came out decent. I really enjoyed growing my Pineapple Fields but I feel like the potency is on the lower side for most of their strains. I know with the Blue Magoo Bx2 I was only getting 8-10% returns when pressing her for rosin. She smells lovely though. I grew out their Huck Diesel, Huck Kush and Harlequin x Ms Universe as well. I need to pop more of their Luvin Cup and try to get a female this time.

Is the Super Lemon Haze what you found in your seed stash or did you find some other gems you want to run?

Thanks for the info on dynasty.. I’ve also heard that their stuff is low thc but very good genetics. I almost want to rip them up and continue with something else.. out of all my seeds, the tangie was the best I seen. Everyone said it’s fire, I got those seeds from online in bulk.. I think 100 seeds for 80 bucks.. frosty as hell nugs but very low producer.. the super lemon haze I got as a clone from a local dispensary, that is fire as well. I think I will sprout more tangie and go on a hunt for the best one.. here’s a nug shot of the Outdoor tangie
