Weekly update

Plants are still chilling. Getting closer every week. The Thunder Cookies are super frosty. I added another to the flower tent.

SAD is looking fine. Had to do a small defoil as large fans were blocking a lot of the lower growth.

I really don't know what to think of the SAGE. I think she snuck out one evening and got knocked up. It's only on the SAGE as far as I can tell. Maybe from the stress early in life?

Yeah - Seems to be going around (??) IDK what's up with that? Your plants continue to look happy and healthy actually My Ladies are coming to their end days - So nice to watch them frost up!

I've got a knocked up HarleSin branch (on purpose, still...)

I have no idea, but I did find 3-4 on the SAD as well. SAGE has 15+ on one branch but the other branches are fine. The Thunder Cookie is the only one staying out of trouble. I won't turn my nose up at seeds tho. I may use one for a gorilla grow this summer!

SAD is heading to the finish line as well. Looking like 3-4 weeks and I'll be harvesting.

So the first cookie is only half as big. While working last night I was readjusting the strings and she snapped. I'm gunna let the rest finish out the last few weeks but it's the end of the line for the broken branch.

That's what I was thinking...Was she far enough along to sample?

I think she was far enough along to be ok meds. The other half needs 2 weeks before I take the rest down.

Ok pics after my minor meltdown. When I checked the plants this morning the cookie had snapped again. This time it was still attached so I had to rig up a support system. It won't have time to heal but it really needs the last two weeks to pack some weight on. I jarred the half that broke and dried.

Sad is racing toward the finish. It has a sweet candyish smell.

SAGE still needs several weeks but I'm glad I let her go longer in veg than SAD.

The veg cabinet. The green pot is SAGE 2.0. The terra cotta pot is SAD 2.0. You can see preflowers on both. I'm looking forward to their flip.

really nice trich covered buds...love the lighter green color. don't know if you use Si but it strengthens branches...

When my plants are in veg I pinch the stalks and branches and bruise them up quite a bit. Almost like super cropping. You will feel them pop a little between your fingers, but not enough to kink them over. This does't cause them too much stress, and it makes for thicker stronger stalks. Which should help agains snapping in flower. If I remember later, I'll snap a pick of a bruised vs non-bruised stalks.

I had to take the other half the thunder cookie down because it was wilting pretty bad. I think too much of the stem tore. Now that I have her trimmed, I can see a lot more purple color in this half. I'll post weights after she dries. I'm sad she went early but I have another flowering. Not all is lost.
