oldskool - i took your advice and i got a 42w 2700K cfl today. cost about $10 at home de-pot but with 2600 lumens Im sure the plants will appreciate it. thx for recommending that.

Happy to help out, just passing on what I've learned, and applied from the real experts on this site. Having flowered topped MJ in the limited space we have, I can recommend you begin LST on a single female plant of your choosing, using small incremental branch training to avoid breaking branches, or splitting the apex where you topped the main stem. Also known as wish boning.
