Never Ending Hotbox

Look forward to hearing your results :)

Ok stem splitting.
Interesting.
So the idea is that the stress of this procedure increased trich production.

I ran two seeds of the same strain. Split one stem, not the other.
Identical feedings and the same environment. Unfortunately they were different phenos so that doesn't help.

At harvest, and now after both plants are dry, I don't and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary or exceptional.
So from my experience nothing, no benefit to my eye or the smoke. No harm done to the plant either as it continued on as nothing even happened.

I will try it here again in the near future and adjust a few variables.

Cheers

Just a few pics I thought I'd post of these chunky chunky buds and there beautiful autumn colors ;) The buds are very dense and as hard as rocks.

The CaliConnection GSC is dry, in jars at about 62%rh.
Her sister smokes and smells great already :) so I have high hopes for this one. This plant gave me 93.4 grams dry.

The last flowering Hash plant should be ready in the next day or two.

Next up is Flower tent #2.
3 GSC including the mutant, and 2 Critical Mass, one being the monster :)

The monster is in week 9, where the others in this tent are just starting week 8.
Clones are rooting and everything's looking good :)

I'll post pics later today for the visuals.
Thanks for stopping in!

Sorry for my lack of words and pics lately. Lots going on, so my time has been limited. I want to make sure I continue posting and not neglect the journal like I have my plants!

Nice work mate, hows the poly treating you?

Thanks brother!
The poly is going pretty good.
The main bud is the size of a softball and crazy frosty.
It's really hard to get a good picture as you know... holding leaves back, adjusting lighting, focus etc to see behind the curtain of fan and sugar leaves.

So sorry folks for my lack of posts recently. My wife has been in hospital for 7 months and is just coming home, still sick as an outpatient. The transition for her is pretty tough and she needs my support.

Anyways, here's an update..

I have cropped out the 3 GSC clones and 2 Critical mass.
It looks to be a decent harvest however I fear two of the GSC, the mutant and another, suffered from twice being burnt by nutrients. They didn't swell up as much as I expected, but were definitely ready to cut down.
Hung to dry a couple of days ago.

I now have just two tents running.
tent #1: 5 Hashplant@2 weeks in flower

Tent#2: 5 GSC@ 1 day in flower.
I'll grab pics of the 2 tents today.

As my time allows I'll post more often.
Sorry again.
