Regrowth: Growing Clones & Getting Stoned

[continued]

Cherry Pie
Like I said... she's almost done. I can smell her fruity smell throughout the house.
Not quite as colorful as the last time I grew her. Should I cheat and ice her a bit for some purple?

Platinum OG

The buds on this girl are a little disappointing but I'm looking forward to trying her regardless.
She sure grew some monster colas outdoors. It was too bad that she didn't like our climate.
Hard to capture it in the photos but the buds have a nice pink or purple hue to them.

Just Freaking Beautiful :yummy: if ya wanna be a cheater a bit for colors than sure "ice" them with an air temperature of 60-65 degrees or even lower, like 50-55 degrees at night and 80 during flowering lights on. I have found that a 20 degrees from normal day temps. To lower night temps will induce purpling in strains that are already genetically predisposed to it. I've done some crazy temperature test in the past. Just cause I could to see the consequences first hand.

I've heard of people watering with cold water or putting ice cubes at the top of the soil. I was kind of just playing around anyway so I'll probably just leave her be. But she was showing some color in the summer time and your Cherry Pie sure is purple.

If I did want to 'cheat' it would need to be with water or ice because the window is blocked off in that room and I don't control the heat in my apartment. It's a bit frustrating living here and without getting into details all I can say is that I can't wait to get out of here... Even if it's just a few months like I have planned for the summer.

Going to wait another week or so for the Cherry Pie then I'll probably chop her down.
There's a whole lot of leaning going on... At least the NL is still standing upright.
I wish the others could support themselves too.

To be continued tomorrow.

Great thinking there @Regrowth! That's kinda thinking, Alot of old time growers always tend to say "when you think there done, Give Em' another week" I've heard that from more than a handful of experienced growers as I. :peace:

The Platinum OG is always droopy, I must not be watering her right.
I wish she could talk to me or yell at me like most women seem to do.
It's not apparent in the photos but she seems to be fox tailing a bit.
Anyway, she's got another few weeks to go.

It looks like the Zkittlez will be chopped after the Cherry Pie. She's getting close as well.
As far as the leaning goes, she can't stand on her own and is easily the worst of the bunch.
This problem was apparent when I grew her outdoors as well.
She was dragging in the dirt and tipping over from her own weight.

I've been sampling that outdoors for the last week or two.
The high is a bit mellow but it makes me happy and giggly.
I made a joke the other day while talking to someone and ended up crying
because I found myself that hilarious but the joke wasn't even funny.
Needless to say, I might've came off as a psychopath.
I would describe the smell as citrusy and peppery.
On exhale she has a subtle grapefruit taste.
Grape Ape x Grapefruit... yep, sounds about right.

They are looking really like Dense Buds. The Trichome coverage is pure Suga!! :Rasta::yummy: Awesome Job there @Regrowth!

She's looking really close to finish there @Regrowth. How's she looking now? :bongrip:
It's day 63 today, they're in the harvest window I'd say.
The only one that doesn't seem close to finished is the NL.
The Platinum OG has a few fresh pistils but I think I also spot some ambers on the bracts.
I'm going to need some opinions to decide when to chop them,
Should have some pictures up tonight or tomorrow.

Any thoughts on her ripeness? Do the pictures help at all?
Even though I can't really spot any ambers, I could probably harvest her now and still be happy.
I mentioned before how she's a bit mellow and could maybe benefit from being pulled early.
But then at the same time, I look back at pictures of her a day 67 from the last time I grew her and I don't spot many ambers either.

Dust Off your bud trimmers , get your Netflix movies picked out, get your beer on ice, and just have a trim party tomorrow Bro! She looks ripe for the Pickens :yummy:
