Looking great pw! I want to see your set of knives! I saw a video of a guy breaking down a prime rib of beef. He ended up with beef ribs and some steaks. I think me and a buddy are going to try to break it down one day soon, smoke some ribs, sear some steaks, drink some beer! Smoking meats is my other favorite hobby. Goes great with a blunt
Yeah, smoking meats was my favorite thing to do before I hurt my back. Still love it and its still a passion, just growing cannabis skyrocketed on my list to over take everything else. I am afraid to mix the two though LOL, I think I would completely forget about my smoker while I am smoking!
