groover, I was kicking around the idea of making up some type of clone machine, myself...It would be great to see what you come up with. I figured I'd work on it while we do this grow, once we actually get it going, this way I'm not rushing to come up with something at the last minute...

Maybe with a misting type system for clones would make cloning of the more difficult strains a little easier....

Hey Sparky,,,,sounding like you are going through exactly what I went through with these clones. It seems the Northern lights clones rooted pretty easily but this papaya seems to have a really hard time...

How are you making out with the NL?.....either way that chocolate chunk sounds interesting

I too noticed that it looks like shadowkllr got the boot....a strange bird that one was...not really sure I knew what "she" was talking about most of the time anyway....

Sparky...me and SlapMaster looked into the Chocolate Chunk strain AND our pathetic attempt to save the last 2 Papaya clones we have. We will most likely be hittin' you up for 4 of those chunks. We should know soon. How likely will it be that we can get them?

We're gonna need ya to get on cloning 4 of those Chunks there buddy. We're in a situation where we have a grow box with nothing growin'. Almost as bad as having a bag of weed, and papers but no fire..

sparky, how about some pics of those CC in the dirt....Skooter says you should grow them out in dirt after taking cuttings of course....

But me, I'm all for rinsing off the dirt, sticking them in cups as best you can, I think the roots will end up growing trough the cups....

Skooter still says I'm crazy for thinking that way....but hell I'm a go for it kind of clown

LOL MountainHigh. What we don't need now are more dead babies. We're currently lousy with 'em

Frustrating as hell but I (that's right I had a moment of lucid thought) have a couple of back ups for our grow box. Looks like we may have to rename this journal if not start a new one altogether. We'll see.

If you are growing/maintaining a Mother for clones in a 18/6 light cycle...when you do take the clones and go to root them, do you go with 24hrs of light right off or should you maybe start the clones at 18/6 also?

Maybe that is where it all went wrong.....the mothers were too into veg at 18/6 for the clones to take 24hrs of light without stressing?

Just thinking out loud .......any thoughts ....anyone?

I have put them on 24 when cloned. For years and never had problem. I'm having a problem with those plugs

Last night I came to the same conclusion Sparky. I'm not too sure about that bag 'o plugs you picked up. The 2 NLs I kept are in my trusty Rockwool and are doing great.
