White Widow Regular Grow!

Here's something I posted recently to another thread:

Regarding phenotypes, I wrote:
It was my post lol I believe .... Had the almost the same thought @Ganja Droid 420 except I wanted to make auto seeds... Basically I don't have the time nor the seeds needed to breed what I want....so it's not in my best interest to create a series of unstable genetics.

HAPPY 420 EVERYBODY!!!

Update from the garden. WW#2 is looking a little frazzled, I'll keep an eye on it closely though I swear it looks like salt build up. Probably just nutrient burn even though I've been purposely running the Bio-Canna at a lower EC than their recommendations suggested, Ill be doing straight H20 tomorrow with a full flush. I feel like my soil mix plus the Bio Canna is a little too hot. I'll also do a proper ph test of the soil and run off.

The Skywalker OG in the Coco is going perfect and the peppers are starting to ignite. I'm only running them only Neutrog Gogo Juice as an experiment even though they've had great white and triple-r as well. I'll mix up a fresh batch of soil and re-pot into 3 gal containers.

Enjoy yourselves!

Flush day on the WW. (9 litres of pH 6.1 H20) per plant...

WW#1 PH 7.0 EC 3.4
WW#2 PH 7.0 EC 3.8 (2.7 second test towards end of draining)

Looks like my soil mix is way too hot! Eh suggestions anybody? Straight water feeds until we see signs of nutrient deficiency?

The Skywalkers looking a little sad today, too much water probably, but hey, those peppers are kicking ass!

Whoa to hot .... I'd ease that number to 5.5-6.5... But I'm not %100 sure about the leaves....looks to be a combo problem.... Like heat...nute burn.. so I'm sorry I'm not experienced enough to help with this one

Decided to give the plants a 3 week haircut to freshen things up and stimulate new upper growth. Released them from their bra for now, though ill make a new scrog tomorrow, or perhaps just use the tomato stakes I have on hand and train each branch upwards. Took 10 Clones as an experiment, I'm shit at growing them though I'll actually sex them asap to see what sex the plants are (still no sign!), and maybe keep the best phenotype from WW#1. I really like its even structure compared to WW#2, from seed to now, it's kept very uniform.

Staked the White Widows nicely with zipties. I did this last time with the Txaki and as you can see she was BIG!!! I'll probably veg for another 5 weeks or so and see where I'm at then with the Skywawalker OG Auto before I flip to flower. Working out some type of mini veg area. I'll put on the tent finally, and double seal that area off with white plastic to get it sealed from light leaks. I kept the the smaller branch with the deficiency on it as it's a nice little branch and I'll see if it does ok with a better spot under the light.

Still signs of the nutrient defieicnecy. Leaves have lightened a little on WW#2 on the new growth. I started the girls (both look female to me) on a full feed of Bio-Canna which opted for a little for Rhizotonic to get the pH up! 8litres of h20 came out as 5.8 with and EC 0.8 (I expected higher for some reason) 18ml Flores and 16ml Rhizo, so I added 6ml extra Rhizo to up the ph to 6.1. Must be my awesome tap water or the remainders of it phing down with white vinegar even though I washed it out nicely. Fresh batch of water we'll test everything again tomorrow. Skywalker is going but has slowed from its initial growth spurt. Small watering scheduled and ill test my pH meter for good measure!

Nice I haven't taken clones from any weed plants yet...I'll do it with the photos I started... But all is looking good buddy keep up the good work. And woohoo the little Skywalker is doing great ...go on little one grow that force.

I usually kill them from neglect and a non-dedicated cloning area. Going to build a small box for the table to fit one light under or get a small cheap LED and square it up in the corner. I also thought of converting a fridge though I dont need more junk in the grow room, need to keep it lean and clean.

Wow I never thought to convert a fridge and what a neat way to hide in plain sight...:hmmmm::idea: your on to something lol

I was more thinking for sealing in all the light as it will be in the grow room though I guess it would be stealthy. I could even hatch seedlings and clones in the freezer section as its completely dark. It may be the answer to regulating the heat though I don't think ill have those problems, this being my very first winter grow, I may even have to redirect the air from the lights back into the room to heat things up a bit as Ive had the heater on to keep the house at 24degreesC. Might even just buy a mini clone tent with 2 levels, so I can keep a mother plant from the critical kush when I grow it. The plan is to keep that going as a perpetual grow!

I was thinking perpetual but I'm not trying to sit on a ton of green...it's grey legal here... If I'm caught and posess more than 3 oz at one time I'll be in deep shit lol. But sounds like you have a good plan and hold on everything bro.

Meep meep I say go hard or go home. I don't have a choice but to grow as big as possible to make the quantity of oil thats required though I keep the plant numbers down. 10 max (13 right now including the shitty experiemental clones though some will die) is the limit if you don't want to get convicted for cultivating for profit. I'm looking for quality, the 20 ounces off the Txaki was a happy accident! I also got sick of shit weed from shit dealers. Black market is terribad here in Oz. No one has any standards

On a legal note, the Hungarian "Wax" Peppers are going bananas. Sometimes mistaken for Banana Peppers, these bad boys are 4 times the scoville strength of a Jalepeno! Doing a little research to see if they'll stand up to the elements outside. It's getting pretty cold so ill repot them if need be though I'd prefer to see if they will hold up through out winter and get a nice big harvest come spring!

Looks like we have a male. WW#2 the pain in the arse seems to be developing male pollen sacks! Time to kill some green! I was going to collect and experiement though next round when I'm working with better regular genetics. WW#1 seems to be the winner (for now) I'm thinking female though I was just wrong! Time shall tell. I had to make room for the Skywalker somehow and I guess this is how. I'll recycle the soil for the peppers. Male or Female? what does everyone think?

WW#2: MALE

WW#1: FEMALE?

And I killed it with fire! WW#1 looks lonely by herself. Luckily the young Skywalker will catch up (hopefully) by the time I flip or it will be a male also...

Decided upon my new nutrient line for the coco and as a bonus it can be used in living soil. I need something new and full range. 5lt refills are pretty cheap too, though I'll give the starter pack a go and see how she grows!

Best thing is its manufactured locally! AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE!!!

Wow, what an impressive start. Your scrogging is on point. Seems like you are having some ph and nute probs. Not to worry, I would think that a good flush as you had suggested will do some clean up. I also dig that you are already training, such a forgotten art these days. Look forward to watching this one transpire. Should be fun to watch.. Have not been on here for a while, all my old school peeps just stopped journaling when I did. Eh, guess time for the new stars to rise.. Keep up the good work man, and Green days...

When you grow a sativa dominant you learn how to train fast! Cheers brother! WW#2 which I just culled had the problems so their in the bin so to speak. WW#1 has been the heartiest of the 3 seeds I germinated and 1 of those has become female which I'm happy with. In taking into account the 40% yield increase from my new nutrient line, as I had no flower booster besides organic molasses before. The fact I can use these nutrients from coco to hydro to living soil is perfect. I'll be experimenting with DWC on the newt grow as I've been told thats what I should aim for as a grower (and DWC grows big 2 pound plants)!

I'm just not confident with Bio-Canna without the Bio-Boost though the price comparison was stupid compared to the Bio-Diesel starter kit. Drew up my feeding chart so the homeworks complete (for now)!

Skywalker OG is looking really fucking weird. I hope the new nutrient line sparks things up a bit.
