I guess I'm going to have to get in on this BPN deal at some point. I have about a months worth left of my General Organics, but will be hard to leave them since I have it dialed in.

I fired up the 600w jd ballast today.I'm working on a grow box in my garage to veg right now, the 80w i'm using ain't working.

Journal should be up and running in a day or two.

Sorry for being absent. I am currently tied up with my job and will not be able to start my grow as I planned out. If DigitalGrow might be coming out with combination deal, I might want to wait it out until then. I am glad everyone has their ballast running. :)

Just turned my 1000w JD Lighting Ballast on for the first time, with my 1000W PlantMax Bulb. I only ran the thing at 50% and it still lite my whole grow tent up, thing is very bright, i cant wait to see it at 110%.

since i fixed my inital problem i have had zero problems with mine, i even bought the second one so i have a backup it runs stable,silent relativly cool,and cranks out the light my plants are exploding! nothing but love and respect for jd lighting equipment and company 5 stars thus far

I am not having a single issue, in the beginning, the ballast ran a little hot, but now after a few fire ups, it stays relatively cool now, the highest my ballast temps have gotten to is 118 on one side. But yea, the plants love the light, Thank you JD Lighting for the opportunity.

Mine works steady, but why wouldn't it? Except from fancy torture, modern electronics don't break.
I never buy extended warrantees, no kid ever LOOKS at my things :)

My JDL 600 is at 110%, and I've never switched below 100. Call me not curious just serious about growing.
I don't look under rocks even if lit by this dead-silent super-bright light.
My highest accolade is earned: industrial grade.
