Alright time for some updates. Be ready for a picture overload. I finally got my scrubber and circulation fans in and got the tent completely set up. However, in the meantime I ran into some problems. For whatever reason this plant just does NOT like the full intensity of this light. Shortly after my last update I cranked the solsheet up to max capacity. Within days she started dropping and her leaves started striping. It looks very much like a mg deficiency but it’s not. It’s definitely related to the light.
I have turned it up, and back down several times trying to rule out alternative possibilities but it seems to be directly related to the light. When I dim it down she starts recovering and peeks up, turn it up she droops and looses color in her leaves. This is happening
I have a new SF1000 arriving today, so if need be I’ll swap it out, although I haven’t completely given up on this light just yet. I’m going to let her continue to recover over the next few days and start SLOWLY increasing the intensity, little by little... until I reach max capacity or she starts stressing again.
As of now we are in day 4 of 12/12. The new growth is coming out better, but you can clearly see the damage on the lower leaves from last week.
First, here’s the tent all wired up.
scrubber installed and I tried to zip tie all the wiring up and make it as clean as possible.
