There are a lot of growers of Sativa's that highly recommend 11/13 for flowering to reduce the time needed to flower and reduce the stretch. The stretch is what I am concerned about as I usually start the seeds the first week of March and put them into flower first week or two of June. In the past the plants are about 24 in tall after manifolding to 8-16 cola sites before the stretch. My Indica dominate plants get to about 36-40 in and my last one filled half of my 4x6 grow box. So crowding is a concern to me as Sativa's have a lot more stretch to them. The stretch I had on a Gelato (a Sativa dominate) a couple of years ago took the plants to about 48 in. Thanks @Chungo My last grow I had 2 different tents and did a Lennon and a Malawi in one and just kept spreading it sideways and then flipped. My Lennon stretched more than Malawi, but my other tent had a Sour Diesel that easily grew 3x its height in flowering. It was touching my grow light and they were as high as I could go in my tent too. Sadly I screwed up my last outing after various bad news which took my mind off the grow. That’s partially why I went only 4 gals in my tent and will be flipping after 8 weeks of veg. I’m usually 9-10 weeks of veg with training.

Well we have come to part 2 of the grow today, and well yesterday as well. As the tent was flipped over to 12/12 for flowering, and I started my girls outside today. Oh and I got fired from job because new owners were holding back my pay, and everyone I started with has left in the past 6-8 weeks, including the managers. Anyways I now have a little time on my hands and it was a holiday and the official day they suggest you can start an outdoor garden at. So my nieces were over and actually helped me plant the girls and give them all a name. So we have

Thanks for the kind words, and I’m actually live in Burlington as well, but usually use Toronto/Hamilton as an easy “Ah, ok“ location. I have watched the first episode and will watch the 2nd tonight I think. Would love to have a working home theatre receiver (been 9 months waiting on an order of a Denon x6700) and would love to watch them on my 4K 106” projector setup. I guess 55” Dolby Vision will suffice for now on the tv. Still looking for a strain that will work well with my viewing but my weed ain’t doing shit for me lately. Thats goes for my home grown, store bought, store/home made edibles and other efforts. Blue Cindy does an ok job but has become weaker the longer it’s been jarred up, but again, sort of does the job for now

That’s fair where abouts? Im between Guelph alone and Harvester. I don’t know much about sound systems personally never had a tv long enough lol on my computer though I have a set of studio monitors that brought out the sounds and atmosphere quite nicely though

I’m between Appleby and Burloak, near the GO Train myself. I just have a growing pile of 3D/4K films, that I won’t touch until I can see them properly on my projector with proper Atmos sound. Sadly I gotta import my 3D marvel films from Japan and the latest Spider-Man just has a 3D disc announcement for Australia. Well worth it, because some strains just make the colour and 3D pop like crazy. Everyone should see Infinity War 3D on a trippy strain because it’s awesome (Cinderella 99 was that gal)

So I’m on Day 66/10 flowering in the tent and my Ace Seeds aren’t madly stretching like I thought they would. Went online and said they enjoy PK for flowering and so they got some of that, couple drops of my seaweed/shit liquid and cal/mag. Yesterday they were looking real sad but look happy happy happy today. The real stars are my Canuk seeds with a nice canopy filling and slightly over flowing their fabric bag homes. They also are leafy S.O.B.’s and so I defoliated them yesterday and responded nicely today. I didn’t give them the PK yet but they got a separate watering of everything else above. Also dimmed but lowered my lights to hover about a foot above the tops too. So top and side views from today and group pic from Sunday

Ok and for my outdoor gals. Seems to be ok overall. Dosidos, G.Zktls and AKxBD have some burnt leaves on them but healthy new growth and a good stretch. Moved the C99 and Sweet Zombie into the centre of the garden for its final spot. Everyone else stayed where they were. I do have a Northern Lights clone in my tent that I’m very tempted to go out and buy a garbage can for(maybe Thursday) I forgot to take a pic but I also have a random pot plant growing from the ground where I brought my Mango Sapphire or Dr. SeedsmanCBD last year for harvest. No idea if it will be good or not but if no one tramples her, I let her go until I see any possible warning signs. So for now it stays and I bring you pics from Day 10 outside. Oh the little greenery are red clovers, which are to apparently help with pests

Just a quick update for outside. I went out yesterday and bought myself another 20G garbage can, drilled some holes and planted my tent clone of Northern Lights “Shimmer” Yeah I named it as if my nieces were helping again, Shimmer worked and I know they love their Shimmer and Shine cartoon. Normally I don’t enjoy clones for outside and last year was no different, but they had to come out of flowering to reveg, and this is a clone from the top. So no sporadic limb growth yet and handy for my tomato cage training.

i just go to home hardware/Canadian tire and buy a Rubbermaid or whatever 20G garbage can. I like a wider bottom for better support when the plant start putting on their flowering weight. I just take a drill and put a few holes in the can along the sides and on the bottom for air. Drill some holes along the rim for training my limbs once they grow grow bigger and longer.
The seeds are of their first version of GT, and from what others have seen of my plants on another board. They tend to think this will be on the Thai end and not the Malawi because of the crocodile like leaves. I tried growing Malawi last grow and maybe they’re right because I don’t remember my leaves growing consistently long and thin like this plant. my Malawi leaves were thin but were much smaller looking then what GT consistently keeps growing. The high should be great because I want the more psychoactive effect that the Thai can deliver. Can’t wait to try them at home with a 3D film on my projector going

So we are now around 18 days of flowering, well since the 12/12 flip on the indoor girls. Noticed that my Golden Tiger is starting to slow,y stretch and finally showing signs of flowering. Killer A5 Haze is slightly stretching here and there but looks wilted shortly after every watering. I’m usually watering every 4-5 days with a gallon going to each plant. We are looking closer now to that 2-3 day mark as they were both pretty dry and looking sad. Meanwhile my Obi-Wan and Northern Lights have barely grown upwards but they look very healthy but holy crap are they leafy bastards. I’m doing a defoliation on them almost watering of that 4-5 days mark. So I shall post a group pic from this past Sunday and pics from today of everyone
