Cranked the LED to max yesterday, tucked it to bed,and powered.
Steady flashing on/off...ERROR ALERT

All is well in my teepee lodge so far.
Its early yet into my first grow,so many things can go wrong, but a trained eye may foresee changes.

Growing your own meds is a right

Week 2 - Focusing on watering technique & light distance in order to train myself to the needs of weeds.

I would appreciate a trained eye to analyze this pic of a plant growing in my teepee lodge.I did start a few apple seeds that may have been mislabeled.

Your right there, and thanks for mentioning.
I certainly appreciate any discussion as a learning process.
I will correct that discrepancy in my data flow journal.
Presently the small 3" starter pots are 50/50% peat/soil
The perlite - soil ratio will be 30% to 65%
Compost 5% when transplanted to 10 gal fabric bags

Yes dank as they come,so the outdoor exhaust fan is a bonus.
I was lucky on the easy access to an unused air intake for a wood stove,so became a great location for a weed lodge.
I have re-read Emelia's amazing water sticky a few times, but keep the doc handy to refresh.
New habits are hard to form.
Thanks. I was thinking of ph but you're good to go with that mix. Now if you want, check out the watering link in my sig. . I don't see any problems but it's a good read. Those are going to be sweet plants!
Attempting to EDIT text in Journals and still no luck finding a BUTTON for that

Need help editing in forum journal..anyone please
I tried the gear, and EDIT appears, but not in the post or thread I need to change.
TY in advance

Assuming that at an average you’ll turn on the light for 16 hours a day, then the DLI values of the Spider Farmer SF-1000 at a distance of 12 inches from your plants will be as follows.
Each plant can only eat so much every day. That's the DLI (Daily light interval). For cannabis, it's 65 MOL (Thanks @Anthem !) per square meter per day in flower, and roughly 40 for veg. The role of the light is to feed the plant, so you'll never reach DLI because that light is only partially feeding the plant. It's like trying to live by only eating bananas.

Wait...there is more on this LED required distance from
It is important to note that the flowering footprint of the Spider Farmer SF-1000 is 2ft × 2ft (0.6cm × 0.6m). So, it’s difficult to grow heavy-flowering and fruiting plants outside that coverage area.
But, the vegetative footprint of the Spider Farmer SF-1000 is 3ft x 3ft (0.9m × 0.9m), because the plants need less intensity of light in their vegetative phase.

So now I have figured out the facts on where to set my LED depending on a plants grow age and how much light it receives.

How efficient is the device at turning the consumed watts to light energy?

The average PPFD of the light at a hanging distance of 12 inches is around 531 μmol/m²/s, so its PAR (PPF) output is close to 240 μmol/s.

That means that the PPF efficacy of the Spider Farmer SF-1000 is approximately 2.45 μmol/s/Watt

Growing along nicely Herby!
Thanks..they seem small after drooling over a few grow journals here, but time will tell.
We are only allowed 4 plts in Canada not over 3 feet so scrog or sog or top,but I dont give 3 hoots to the rcmp until they make avisit and they must have bigger problems than an old fart like me trying to creep on wobbly knees

Not sure what that means 013, but most everything happening on this planet works that way..could go either way del del

Info on the Acid strain is very limited, but scraped up a wiki link on it,and its not to be confused with LSD.
LINKS are touch n go on most forums but delete it if it bothers you
