I started these about 6-7 weeks ago indoor. They started to flower before I got them outside and I photo timed them for outside with shading for 1/3 of the day to keep them flowering. I left them in a tough box outside int he shade for a few days before transplanting them. They each made it out there with a 1 gallon root ball. Now they are hardened enough to take the rain and cool nights here. I have them blended in a Wild Rose patch outside of town I figured it would fit with my screen name here lol... Here is how it goes so far....

No nutes yet going to wait a week for the last feed they only have roughly 30-50 days to finish. Will be neat to have fresh outdoor bud in July lol.... Cheers all from Alberta Wildrose country....

Thanks King John! I was out at my mini plot today to get a day light visual and get some shit done. Well I managed to trim back lower canopies and boister already budding branches. They are all 3 times the size they were 2 days ago putting them outside was a great idea!
What are my nutrients? So far just a dash of Dolomite Lime and using slough water. Why? Because slough water is adverse and I test against adverse in search for the true "Weed" pheno's. So far these plants enjoy slough water but they did get a shit kicking from the wind and rain storm we had up to 70kmph winds during that one... But they all said FU to mother natures assault and they still flourish! I will include pics of my trim job after they un shock.

They took to the lime and water well but the wind did a number on the sun leaves. I took off all the sun leaves that came off easily to help reduce wind shock and let the new growth adapt. In a couple days they should be high fiving again!

Crap*** Edit ,

I am finishing these because I have to wait till september to get my hands on this stuff from my dispensary.

Keep having wind and rain storms and a couple hail storms since my last pics... I investigated last evening to see the damage , no damage June 14 2013. Nothing but bigger buds and thicker growth :D This is sweet I am going to be smoking my fave outdoor strain of all time by mid July!!

Well managed to get my ass up around 420 this morning... Had a few days of dismal cold rainy weather again so I gotta go check on things outside this morning. We got extreme high humidity this morning and it is foggy as fuck. I need to examine them and see if they need some calcium after most likely using up all the dolo I put in the soil. The wind really makes them starve for calcium but I been staying on it and they take the wind like a champ. (had some 80kmh+ winds with rain) Also need to see if they are ready for one last feed cycle , I figure with the moisture they been getting they must be flushed by now.

Anyhow here is to hoping I am stealth as fuck and the airplanes do not spot me this time.... Fuckin planes.

Current temperature 10 Celsius , Humidity 93% PoP 0% , patch direct lighting arc 65% (How much direct light they get per day)
Ground Temperature 12 Celsius. Todays high will be 20 Celsius with humidity it will feel like 25 celsius and the UV index will be lethal today.
Off I go....

Hi WildRsebud, :) I will subscribe to your journal to see them girls flowering !!!! Looking great!!

10 celsius is about the limit before they stop growing! :<! and 93% humidity, Be carefull with Mildew or fungus now, they are in the most delicate state of their life.

As long as they get about 3 to 4 hours of direct sunlight per day, they should be fine :)! Good luck!!

It was foggy this morning lol and yea my plants were soaked. Not sure too much bout EWS for mold resistance but Brenda plants are extremely resistant and does not shock when temps dip below 10 celsius. That is Alberta for you though it could still snow here lol.... These plants were sluggish indoors both varieties and been out since June 1stish. When I put them outside they took a couple frosts during hardening and they just exploded with vigor. At this point the brendas dropped all the fan leaves on lower nodes they use up the leaves fast when they go in to bud with the cold temps keeping them a bit stunted too. They get 65% direct sunlight per day shaded for 35% of the day. Upon inspection I noticed no mold or mildew all is well there however deer bedded on and trampled my plants! I got them all upright again I spose I am lucky at least they did not eat them lol.... I saw deer this morning too one on the path huge Mule Deer doe she was quite curious and tame I fear she is going to have a ganja salad so I pissed 3 times all around my plot in hopes my coffee tainted piss turns their nose and discourages them. I might have to bring some ass wipe and snap one off out there that might help too lol.... I am a crude guy. Last fall I went hunting in cougar bear country for white tail. I use a 100+ year old lever action .30-.30 no strap. I walked in the bush headed to my pillbox to spot a natural salt spring only made it half way when I spotted a couple deer... I grew hairs onem to ensure they were white tail it was sort of foggy still. I had a decent shot and hit and after I sat down and lit a smoke. What I did not know was half way back up the trail I came in on a black bear was following me down the trail. When I shot it scared the shit out of it literally and it left a steamy mushy turd on the trail I walked past twice before noticing the third pass... See I walked past it twice to put my rifle in my car so my hands were free to drag the deer by rope and it was all uphill and I dragged it up the trail my faces was only a couple feet off the ground I was bent right over for leverage I could smell the shit before I saw it... My warning indicator went off , I am unarmed dragging a really big doe and a bear is nearby most likely watching me who knows if there are more.... Well some how I managed to drive a sunfire down a narrow quad log lined trail right up to the doe put a tarp on the floor lifted her on to it and drove in reverse half a km up the trail like a boss... As I drove to base camp to show my folks my spoils (It was also my birthday) I put 2 and 2 together about what happened. As history has it we have had many encounters with predators in that area. Just a couple years ago my father was escorted out of the bush by a tense cougar while he was bow hunting Elk. He only noticed it when it was 10 feet in front of him ready to pounce he almost shot it but the arrow dropped he was so scared lol I do not blame him! He figured his only safe bet would be to keep his knife in his hand and walk out of the bush and he could hear it in the bush following him the whole way. Musta been some stains in his shorts after that fiasco lmao... We keep going back too. Just this spring my uncle shot a 350 pound black bear boar in the same area. The day before I shot my deer I saw a sow and a cub not far from there. I do not hunt anything that I will not eat but the old guys like to once in awhile. Anyhow cheers folks!

Thats a story to read :O! :reading420magazine: , "What doesnt kills you, makes you stronger". I guess in someway it works like that for them plants as well!! Amazing that they where out there with frosts, you have soldiers planted out there, maybe they will give less yield and more THC?
I lived in the amazon forest for 5 years, about 13 years ago... and the thing that remains in my mind is that Nature is too powerfull, and its the best master. So I learned to respect and listen to her, to become one with it, and not one against it.

Cant you make a little fence around them? or a cage? with chicken wire or something... the smell of those flowers might call some unwanted guests xD

Sorry about the double post, my computer has a brain of its own :<

They turned a little purple when they got nailed by the frost but stayed tough. The cold and dismal days to slow the growth down but yea the crystals are pretty fat and abundant already. Strangely clear as well...

Unfortunately this is a stealth grow in a heatbag location this is the risk I have to take lol the deer around here roam from grainery to grainery and are well fed like cattle. I noticed they can not resist flat heads though , they seem to love the fragrant heads of those ferns lol

I grow next to a slough on high ground and the water table despite the rain just dropped a few inches. My cleaner poo water is about 100meters from my plot now ffs that ticks me off... Next year I am going to do this in my hunting area and do some plumbing for a water source. Gonna build a stealth greenhouse and start them out there and live like a hippy. I also like to use drip irrigation indoors but it is tough to find big drippas these days :( I love those things so easy to work with! I gotta do this next year I got a fricken ton of seeds it would be a shame not to live life for once :(

Thanks for the kind words and I will keep you posted about the temps and mold/mildew conditions looks like the humidity is going to be insane for the next couple weeks ><
