Unless your water is way out of whack you shouldn't need to pH an organic grow. Most of those using salt based nutes have to since the proper pH is needed to release the nutrients to the plants but with an organic grow the microbes take pretty good care of that.
Good compost and wormcastings are like gold to an organic grow. I find the castings are an essential part, for my garden at least.
And a second grow space sure is helpful when doing a perpetual.
