CFL Wardrobe Grow Closet

Hello everyone.

This strain doesn't seem to be growing much in terms of height in comparison to the other strains I've grown, It seems to focus on tight nodular structure.

She's got a ton of branches and the tight nodes are really starting to take off.

Hey, thx for the invite...I appreciate it and will now pull up a chair. When do you plan on flipping to flower? Oh, and how do you keep 'em flouro splitters tight in the power strip when upside down if you don't mind my asking; I used to have tie mine w/a slip knot and it drove me crazy.

I flipped to 12/12 on christmas eve and she showed pistils 3 days after. I'm about a week from the first signs of sex

I just stick them in haha, The weight of 2 cfls isn't enough to pull the socket out. Just lucky I suppose.

I've seen a couple grows done with 250 watts of CFL on another forum and just read a thread with him yielding 111 grams of an amnesia haze plant, impressive! If this sort of yield holds up then I will probably keep the CFLs for a couple more grows but I really would like to step up to a 600 watt hps eventually. I could always just keep the CFL strip for veg which would be fantastic.

She's starting to emit a strong odor, Almost like fresh laundry or something.

Just create a thread in the 'Journals In Progress' section of the forums. Just be sure to upload your images to the gallery

I did a tad over 68 grams dried and cured a few years ago starting w/ a 42 watt cfl and adding along the way bulbs 'till I ended w/a total of 186 watts (52w [4x13w cfls] were only tossed in the last 2 weeks or so 'cause I was getting impatient at how frick'in long it was taking to finish.) Looking at your pics, I'd say you have your benchmark of 2 zips in the bag and prob can count on a third one or so if nothing goes awry.

Where were the pistils after 3 days? Perhaps you're referring to "pre-flowers" and the sex actually is already been determined to be a "she." Toss up a close up pic along the nodes when you get a chance; you prob already got a girl & need not worry 'bout wondering over the next week or so.

There's a sticky on how to start a grow journal and just do what you did to lure me in...post the occasional question on that thread; only put the word "pics" in the title along w/the name of the strain you're growing and trust me, they'll come a running.

Just be patient; not all plants/strains stretch the same and they all stretch differently at different ages in their life ta boot. She's looking very healthy, btw.

Significant growth in 48 hours since last update. THC is starting to form and smell is becoming more and more prominent.

We're coming along quite nicely, very healthy new growth is continuing to show. Looks like I'm finally getting this all dialed in
