Do you mean 3 ML per gallon? .03 ml would be hard measure at that small and amout that is equal to 3 100ths of a ml........ even .25 ml is hard to measure. .25 ml takes up about the same volume as a dime. Just want you to clarify if you could? 3ml per gallon i would think is what you meant?

help plz what deficiency I'm dealing with

if your in soil then make sure your ph is 6.5. any lower and calcium starts to lock out. if you always water at 6.5ph then yeah I would try CalMag for sure but if your ph is low it will cause a calcium deficiency.
