Happy 2021 - I need grow help please!

I’m new to this page and need some help with as to why my new plant couple week in veg stage is doing this? I’m leaning towards overwatering but the soil drys out so quickly. Im referring to the dropping on the leaves and some of the leaves are for waves on the edges!
- soil
- 60cm x 60cm x 180cm grow area
-600 w light 18/6
- Grow stage vegetative

How are you determining the soil has dried out? What's your temp and RH? How often are you watering and how much?

Yo,
Primitive method of the finger in soil, if the soil sticks it’s still wet it doesn’t it needs water. Purchased a moisture measuring the other day waiting for it to arrive.

secondly, 150ml of water 1 hour before lights off. Either once a day depending if it’s dry or not , then every second day.

Yeah those meters are rubbish. I did the same thing when I started out. The finger in the soil method is bad too. Have a read of this thread and it should help you out. Lifting the pot to feel the weight is a good method.

Your soil also has to settle after you prepare it will kinda change after a week where the seedling will be affected. Are those wood smoking chips?

no it’s from organic compost, it had some wood chips inside.

Thanks for the help guys previously with the right watering. I now water every three days and my baby loves it. She is growing lovely 6 weeks old auto-flower Compassion Lime from Dutch Passion.
