I need help please

I’m hearing from so many people that are using LED grow lights in the flowering stage use both switches grow and bloom but I am also hearing from a lot of people when you’re in the flowering stage just use bloom I really want to do it right and I don’t know what to do

In reality its all about candle power so the more light the better some will say spectrum and i agree but more is better.

They were talking about the color of the light the purple It enhances bud growth

Just bloom will work fine but more light is better period.

Yes use both for the entire grow from seedling to harvest.

I have the vipar spectra 600 it has both . I know in veg the first two weeks in veg only they love it . I’m gonna try the last two weeks with just the bloom switch it cuts the blue . I already did it with the Kind 750 xl and the quality was the same as the previous grow .
