Some sort of a deficiency or ph imbalance (or both, imbalances usually cause deficiencies). People are going to want to know your grow medium and light setup bare minimum. The more information you can provide the better. Are you checking ph?

I am suspecting that those are upper level fans and that this looks like a calcium deficiency. Increase the cal mag a bit and see if it stops spreading
