Help please

I see these in my runoff water this morning. Can anyone tell me what they are. I am two weeks in to flower and I’m using sohum soil.

Can't really see if it's pests or just perlite. What do the plants look like ? See any signs of pests eating leaves ?

I was thinking perlite also, of foam bits if there is any near, my cat shreads it and that’s what it looks like everywhere lol

If it's pests in the soil I use Mosquito Dunks to kill them & then cover the tops of my pots in sand to prevent getting any more.

have you tried touching one or feeling it? is it hard material?
what are you growing in, plastic, clay or fabric pots?

I am seeing these little white bugs. Someone told me they could be springtails. Y plants look great. Been I. Flower for two weeks already have nice buds coming along. All looks healthy and well. I just noticed these in my runoff water.

Hi im a first time grower and my leaves are clawing and cupping im not really sure what the issue is i also transplanted it a couple days ago because i thought the It got root bounded but still not sure what the issue could be

Could be some transplant shock. Maybe give it a couple of days to watch for improvement. How do you tell when it's time to water?

Ok, have you read Emilya's watering tutorial? It helps me a lot. They love a wet/dry cycle. There's a link in my signature for it. For me it's a perfect way to get them wet... then dry...etc.
