I think its female pre flowers, but i could wrong, it could be pollen sacks forming

To early to tell until those protrusions behind the stipules become more pronounced to determine sex.

You will still be able to tell if its a pollen sac or a calux this early calux form up in a teardrop shap and pollen sac for straight out and somewhat point down. These look like pollen sacs but I could be wrong
