Looking for advice

So I'm (kind of) new to growing (round indoors several outdoor) I wanted to post some pictures of my seedling set up to see what you guys thought and to see if anyone could offer any insight or advice.

So I have 2 mini T5 bulbs 15watts 6500k
And one CFL at 1700k and 23watts. Also under the tray is a heating pad. 18/6 in fox farm salamander soil.

Strains from The Bank Genetics. Fainting goat witch is 100% sativa and Durban Relief witch is a 60/40 sativa.

Eventually I plan on doing LST, putting them in my 4x3x8 tent under a kind k300 led
(Also have a small HPS 150 if it's needed) and possibly seaog. Any thoughts would be appreciated. New to the site as well so I apologize if this is in the wrong place**

Are the distance of the lights from the plants for taking pics or are they always at that height?

No they were lowered quite a big. I was new to the site when I made this post and couldn't figure out how to take it down. These plants are In veg now I have a journal if you wanted to check it out.

p.s This thread can be deleted nobody uses it.
