Mars Hydro 400w Mile High Club

I am a 2 time member of the Mars mile high club and I have no regrets. Here is a few shots of my last grow with only 1 Mars 400. This is a 30" x 30" space filled with some Ghost Train Haze, Tutankhamon and a Jack Herer.

After a year of using my Mars II and having no bulbs burn out I decided to get another Mars LED. This time i went with the 400 Reflector and imo it is even brighter then my other Mars. My new grow space is 30" x 60" with two Mars LEDs and the plants are luvin it.

Currently under the lights are 2 ghost train haze reVeges, 3 Big Buddha Cheese, 1 Huckleberry, and 7 ghost train haze clones. I like to grow lots o plants and increase my odds of getting good ones.

Loving this thread! I'm a firm believer in Mars Hydro...started growing indoors about three years ago under a homemade cfl fixture. Don't get me wrong the smoke was great, potent as hell...but the weight just wasn't there. I ordered two of the 300w classic mars hydro's, my first grow with them went so well I had to have more....so I ordered one of the mars hydro 144×5 reflector series and all I can say is go out and get you one lol
I couldn't be more happy...hell I'm so happy with them I've since ordered 4 more 300w classic models for vegging and keeping over my mother plants. So to date I have six 300w classic models and one 144×5 reflector series. Next on my list is to try the Epistar series...anyone have one? I'd love to hear some feedback...

I think for my next run it will be 3 Devil cream 2 in 11L pots one in a 7L pot. I want to see the size differences between the 11L and 7L. I'll be putting the 7L on books to make up for an distances issues hopefully with 3 I can train the 11L a bit.

Sorry man missed your question I've been crazy busy. Ok so basically you're wondering the difference between the reflectors and series 2. Well with the series 2 your light isn't spread out as much with the little concave reflector. Both the reflectors and series 2 models use the Epistar 5w diodes with the series 2 you get a more intensified light while the reflectors blend/ spread the light better but you lose a bit on penetration. Or by Epistar Series do you mean the pro lights now the pro lights is a whole different ball game altogether.
