Basically, I found one on FB marketplace for a really great price, but I simply want it to replace my current lights. Is the TSW-2000 too much light for a 2 x 2?

As long as it fits in the tent it will work. I believe it has 3x3 coverage.
It's basically 2'x2'
Might be tight,but you can also dim it down if it's too powerful or hot in there

It can be dimmed if you remove the driver from the light there's an adjustment screw. I'd personally just run it full tilt and adjust the height, start at 30" and move down as much as they'll tolerate.

The coverage of TSW2000 is 3x3, if your grow area is 2x2, one TS1000 is a better choice.
