My photo period seedling have stalled while my auto flowers are taking off

My photo period seedling have stalled while my auto flowers are taking off. Same light same humidity. Autos are in 3 gallon pots with pro mix. The photo period plants are in small plastic cups with Dutch treat starter mix. What’s happening? Is it the soil?

How old r they? I believe autos r bred to from faster but I’m not sure

9 days old. Am I just freaking out for nothing?

Is your 9 day old photo the one in the small green container? If so, yeah it’s kinda small for 9 days old, but don’t give up. I’ve had some do that, but they always turn out fine.
