NEED HELP! Black worms in the res

Hi, today I have open my res and found this nasty black worms...

I don't see any symptoms on the plant. However, in the last two weeks or so, I am trying to figure why the plants doesn't eat the nuts I'm giving her and the ppm keep raising everyday. The room temperatures are 28.6 top.
In addition, my plant is on the first day of the 7th week and she looks fluffy.

1. I wonder if she is looks like cannabis on the 7th week as it should be

2. WHAT ARE THOSE WORMS?

Almost look like mosquito larvae. But not positive. Could be gnat larvae. I'd put mosquito dunks or bits in the water. It'll kill any larvae. Neem oil is also a choice. Don't take my advice till you hear from some other members. Good luck. .

I read about it but it looks different than what I have.

Does she looks like the start of the 7th week of flowering?

Can anyone have more information of it?
