New Grower's Journal - Northern Lights Auto By RQS

Lots of white pistils still.
Do you log her feeding?
They will get further and further apart now.
Be patient and wait for the final swell. :Namaste:
Absolutely Freeken Beautiful though. :bravo:
Great job.

Bill, I do log every feed and everything else that happens during the grow. I'm going to try and be patient but I know we're getting close. Thanks!!

Day 81 since seed.

I decided to chop my first plant and hang it to dry. I think I could have waited a few more days but I want to see the difference in cutting one now to waiting a little longer. Its my first grow and I thought I might as well test.

By the time this one dries the next one will be ready so it will clear up space in the drying area since it's just a 2x2 box that I made.

The smell is amazing. Not too strong but very citrusy and gassy as well. Really sticky buds and the buds are big and dense as well. We will see what happens once they dry.

There are 3 plants left. 2 of which look amazing and a 3rd that tiny compared to her sisters but has some dense buds.

I'm surprised how big this harvest is turning out to be.

Day 89 from seed.

Watered today with plain well water at 6.5ph. About 2 Liters per plant.

3 plants are still standing and the 4th is 8 days into drying and not dry yet.

These 3 plants are definitely getting chopped in 2-3 days as they are ready I'm sure. I'm going to chop them at the same time and it's good timing as all 3 are finishing at the same time. I could probably cut them today but I want to do it over the weekend and I just watered them so I'll let them have their last meal.

Been defoliating old dried up leaves as we go and everything looks and smells good.

The last one standing is a monster. The shortest plant ended up having some dense buds. Hung them up to dry. Can't wait...

I checked out their tricombes and a lot of amber one showing up. So I thought it would be a good time.
As a rule of thumb I don't start checking trics until the white pistils are completely gone.
When they are all red and crinkled in.
Then I know she is finished flowering.
As this is happening she will stop eating.
If she is still draining her pot she is still flowering and building for you.
Wait for the final swell.
You will be rewarded. :Namaste:

Thanks bud!

Day 96 from Seed

Been watering and feeding this last plant.

She's tallest of the 4 and now she's leaning heavy to one side. The main kola is so dense and heavy now but I think it still has about a week left.

She's drinking heavy still and I have to water every 2 days still.

Let me know what y'all think.

Some pictures of the 2nd plant I trimmed today. This was the smallest plant and we got about 2 jars out of it.

I trimmed the 1st plant a few days ago and have been "testing" it for the past few days and it's potent. And the fact that it was the earliest one I harvested. Only 9 weeks from Seed is amazing to me. I got about 2 jars with a lot of leftover trims off the first plant.
It smells and tastes great. Doesn't have an overwhelming smell though. A very relaxing and chill high. And even though it's Northern Light and an Indica I do not feel tired on it.

The buds are a little airy and I probably could have waited another week or two.

The 2nd plant in the pics though looks amazing. Dense buds, smells great, a lot of tricombes and even though it was by far the smallest plant (2ft tall) it looks great. Can't wait to try it.

I still have 2 plants drying and these are the tallest and I think the best ones by far so I'll post those when they're ready.
