Newbie Needs Advice

I have started my first bubble I am at 40 days veg, my leaves at the bottom have started to die(turn in) I understand why as my tent was way to humid(I have got this under control sitting at about 53 now) I had fungus growing in my rocks as well as on my halo feeder I have removed rocks as far as i could and replaced with new ones should I flush all nutrients and replace water in 5 gallon pail is my plant no good now I see so many different ways to go please help

His question was should he flush the nutrients and replace the water in the 5 gallon pail. but that was a week ago. I have not done a DWC grow so I was not able to advise as I have little experience with DWC.
