hey racer nice setup.

Are your lights normally that far from the plants, or is that just for the photos? the cfl's should be 2 or 3 inches away. the plants seem a little small for 4 weeks.

I grew Papaya when I was just getting started and was pleased, but not blown away like I thought I'd be by the description. My friend did a little better with the clone I gave him, so I know I am going to bring out the best in her next time.

SWEET...but you may want to top or do some LST NOW! Those cfl's will do fine on the top but not the lower parts of them girls. Papaya is great IMHO. Good luck and

Don't be afraid of a little leaf burn from the CFL's they can take it and you can raise them as they get closer...just keep them burning real close for maximum yield.
