Please help!

This shit is ripening alot slower than I anticipated. I'm like week 9 with my good plant and the runt plant is like week 11. I harvested the top 3 nodes of the runt about 10 days ago. Most of leaves are yellowing from flush. Picked off a bunch of dying leaves today to allow for more light for the last couple days or weeks or however long it will be
