Can I grow in a soil where it was discovered a plant was male and had burst it's pollen sacs onto the soil? Will my new sprout be affected in this medium?
No. And pollen is easily destroyed by moisture so if you're worried about it spray the area with water. But it's extremely unlikely that pollen would survive long enough to later pollinate a female plant that you grew in that soil
