Nah you won't get root rot mate. Not much of a Coco growers problem thankfully. She looks good though.
As the guys have said, gotta feed it every day or the nutes build up in the pot and it gets stronger. 1ec should be strong enough for that size plant.
Can't over water Coco, mostly because it's a grossly innacurate term to start with. The problems soil growers get come from a lack of oxygen, nothing to do with water volume so just feed as often as you can be bothered. Coco/peri is nice and airy so it drains fast and keeps plenty of air at the roots

Looks way too dry for coco /perlite no root rot there. She's definitely big enough to soak everyday.

Is she usually a little droopy like that? I feel like she will start looking more perky after a few days of proper watering.

Thanks guys. That gives me peace of mind. In terms of it looking dry, i feed them last night. About 4 lts each and got good amount of run off. I will water again tonight

Hey guys. I have been watering more regularly now and the plants seem to like it. The browning of the leaves have also seemed to have stopped. Im feeding at 0.8 to 1 ec. I check my run off and it is still 3.4.

Look closely at it.
Do the white spots resemble water spots but with a different texture?
The spores will be white with an almost milky texture/color and the rust color comes after they spawn.
Remove infected leaves if possible and treat with uv light being careful not to sunburn the plants. The uv will kill the spores.
Running fans will also help control the spread. It sounds counterproductive but rust mold won’t survive with a lot of air movement.
