If you want to be sure on bug inspection I encourage you to get a cheap USB microscope. Can get one for less than 30$

sure looks like predatory damage. get a 30-40x loupe or other magnification on them to check.
Cant tell and I dont see damage.
Spider mites you can see with naked eye on back of leaves little black dots crawling around.
What are the eggs you speak of. Spider mite eggs are microscopic.

You can see the eggs next to the mite in my pic. Nasty MF ers. Lol
Yeah I know what they look like sadly. But still gotta see em with a scope. The op asked about eggs and showed a leaf .... didn't see any in his pic.
A little wetable sulfur gonna do away with that crap pronto.
Your suggestion to get a scope is spot on.

Spider mites are no biggie. I just hope I don't ever get russets again.

with mites you see them more on top growth around the buds , making webs etc , they love warm dry conditions , check for small webbing

The second photo in the first message of the leaf that was clipped off from the plant shows a lot of scarring from mites feeding on the leaf. All those little dots are the scars and not eggs. Mite eggs, if there are any, will be on the underside of the leaf and not the top.
Some of those scars are visible in the other photos but the grow lights changed the color so much that the damage is not as visible.
