Spk's Malawi cob attempt

After reading about Malawi Cob curing I decided to try it.
I used Badazz OG Cheese that I was told is average. I used 2 oz to make two, but I didn't measure each.
I have a Joule Sous Vide and a cheap vacuum storage machine.
I bought some corn Husks on AMZN and soaked them for 15 minutes and paper towel dried them.

I used hemp string to bind them. The "canary" is in the middle.
This is what the product looked like after I vacuum packed it

Then I added some pie plate weights to keep it from floating.
I don't know if this will do any good.
And put everything in another vacuum bag ant put everything in my sous vide as 40° C.
