If they are drinking quite quickly, leaving some run off in the trays is a far larger surface area to bump up the humidity
I water from the bottom occasionally, gets sucked up pretty quickly
You could also use a sprayer on the cloth pots to make them slightly damp - it all helps

And cheers @Roy Growin for the saucer suggestion, I've half filled 8 saucers and will start giving them a spray twice a day.
If I can take away any lessons so far it would be that more plants mean more work and to leave a little more space to maneuver my uncoordinated body around!

Watering saucers certainly raised the RH but only briefly most the water was sucked up within half an hour! I have started spraying and that raises RH for an hour or so, I will continue spraying at least twice a day but more often where time allows.
Have been toying with the idea of LST, at least on some. What are anyone's thoughts on this? I have quite a few plants in a small area so not sure I will see any benefit.

Exactly, the fact that it was sucked up so quickly is telling you that the soil is dry down there
Do it regularly a little at a time
I don't really LST autos apart from maybe spreading out the branches a bit, maybe 45° just to allow the lower tips to catch up with the canopy

Sprayed three times today and I think they are looking a little healthier than they were two days ago.
Growth is still amazing! Are they about where they should be for 19 days?
A shame the leaves are still drooping so much.

Girls look fantastic actually.
Color and shape are perfect.
No twisting or discoloration.
Hold on tight Amigo this is going to get pretty wild pretty quickly at this rate.

Think I over did it with the spraying yesterday, woke up to these horrible leaf markings!?! I used some of the left over watering solution to spray, could the nutes have burned the leaves? It's not on all plants and almost exclusively on lower leaves only.

pH is 6.5 but not sure I trust the meter.
RH - 48
Temp 27c

There is the issue, rh is way too low.
And temp is at its peak.
Up your rh to 65 ish and around 24 c ish would be better.
That will eleviate the curl.

Cheers @Bill284. I've raised the lights and resumed spraying to raise rh, also turned up exhaust and intake fans to try and lower temp a bit.
They seem to be looking happier now.
