Teejrocks' Coco Organic CMHx630 Grow With Oasis Genetics Autos Round 1

Delayed post from Wednesday... Oops
April 24:

Ended up lifting the lights another few inches as I was too lazy with the training on LD1.1 and she was getting pretty tall.

Lemon Drop 1.1(Day 51):
She was getting way too overgrown, and I wanted to open up the canopy so did a major tucking job and trimmed some of the yellowed leaves out too. I decided to try a second top dress on her to see how she reacts.

Lemon Drop 2(Day 67):
After advice from the fine folks of 420Mag... I went with a haircut instead of the anvil pruners... OMG my fingers smelled just like lemon pie filling when I was done, really cant wait to taste it!

April 24: (Part II)
The Gypsy Widow girls (Day 67):

GW 1 is not drinking as much, and only got a small splash to moisten the edges of the pot and the surface of the substrate. She is just frosty and the main cola is impressive, one plus side to my low rh is less risk of mold or bud rot.
Trimmed a couple of dead leaves and gave a light tucking too, removed several of the tie downs as the plant is pretty woody at this point.

20190424_233953.jpg

GW 2 still drinking and also got a trimming/tucking of leaves. Also pulled many of the tie downs to make life easier.

20190425_000154.jpg

Can't nail down the scent to describe these two, but they smell absolutely awesome. Maybe earthy and sweet?

April 26:

Lemon Drop 1.1(Day 53):
Not looking too grumpy after the haircut.

Lemon Drop 2 & The Gypsy Widows(Day 69):
Here is LD 2

GW1

& GW2
20190427_014331.jpg

Not doing too bad... Just fighting to keep the temps down from my CMH mini sun. Cool tubes or vented vertical bulb hoods are on my wish list unless someone gifts me a portable A/C... Although running another fan is much cheaper than an A/C unit...

April 28:
Everyone got a drink until runoff today.

Lemon Drop 1.1 (Day 55):
Starting to get a little pale, but progressing okay. Looking much better than the older lemon drop at this point.
20190429_030113.jpg

Lemon Drop 2 & Gypsy Widow 1 + 2 (Day 71):
GW1 is still doing nicely, seems to be a more natural fade out than stress related yellowing.
20190429_030121_HDR.jpg

GW2 still drinking and yellowing, but nothing too drastic.
20190429_030128.jpg

LD2, which I am happy I didn't chop early is looking better every day, despite the stress she suffered. Not drinking as much now, but got a small watering again today. Had the scope out again, still no ambers, but milky everywhere.
20190429_030138.jpg

20190429_030713_HDR.jpg

20190429_030725_HDR.jpg

LD2 is getting closer, and some of the hairs are starting to show some color, but still pretty ivory/off white overall.

Soon my little anvil pruners... Soon...

;)

April 30:
Lemon Drop 1.1 (Day 57):
A bit more yellowing, but doing okay.
20190501_004410.jpg

Lemon Drop 2 & Gypsy Widow 1 + 2 (Day 73):
LD2
Had one of the cola's (Bottom left) fall over, propped it up with a bamboo skewer.

GW1
So pretty...

GW2

OMG it smells so good in here... Might still get to harvest LD2 in time for my birthday at this rate...

May 1:
So, these photo's were literally just taken, but are the end of the "May 1st" photoperiod.

GW 2 decided to join the race to the finish line in the last day or two and her pistils are getting pretty dark and starting to curl up.

Lemon Drop 1.1(Day 58):
"lemon" in more ways than one... so yellow... seems to be a touch more yellow under the light, will try spinning her and check again tomorrow.

May 3:
Pulled some dead leaves on 3 of them, need a watering tomorrow for sure...

Lemon Drop 1.1(Day 60):
Lol forgot to take the picture...

Lemon Drop 2 & Gypsy Widow 1 + 2(Day 76):
GW1
Still a ways to go, but just awesome...

Had the microscope on her, was almost all cloudy on the buds, and starting to show the odd amber on the sugar leaves.

Just about to water them now actually, and may post another update shortly...

May 6:
Still got to check the trichomes yet today, but here is a photo update.

Lemon Drop 1.1 (Day 63):
Gettin' kinda yellow in here... but the buds are growing!

Lemon Drop 2 & Gypsy Widow 1 + 2 (Day 79)
LD2
She is still slowly gaining mass...

20190507_014352.jpg

GW1
Looks beautiful and has the smell to match, finally starting to see some color changes on the pistils...

GW2
Getting close!

20190507_014457.jpg

Many thanks for the positive feedback guys!

Can't sleep... So I scoped all of the 3 older girls. No shaky videos to share this time, but got some nice bud shots for the journal.

Obviously these are all still day 79 from seed, as stated last post.

Lemon Drop 2:
Not many new ambers showing up yet under the scope, but hairs are progressing...
20190507_030151.jpg

20190507_030213.jpg

Gypsy Widow 1:
She is lagging behind her sisters and is maybe 50/50 clear to cloudy at this point, but is still just awesome...
20190507_030452.jpg

20190507_030508.jpg

20190507_030753.jpg

Gypsy Widow 2:
She's mostly cloudy, with a few trichs starting to darken ever so slightly...

20190507_031031.jpg

20190507_031051.jpg

I'll have to look into how much I should expect the white widow genetics to actually darken at the finish. Hope you enjoyed the bud shots!

May 9:

Uh Oh!!! It is time...
20190509_235644.jpg

Lemon Drop 2 (Day 82 Germination to Harvest):
Pulled her from the grow room about 2 hours after lights on, and got a nice mix from the microscope so she was harvested today. Took a small tester bud to dry overnight, but she is now hang drying in the closet.

20190509_235614.jpg

20190510_002433.jpg
Starting at 244g, I wanna see how much water she looses in the drying process...

May 9... Part II:
Someone stop the crazy man with the anvil pruners... He's still at it...

Someone else was also showing a nice mix of amber & milky and I decided to add her to the drying closet.

20190510_004103.jpg
Gypsy Widow 2 (Day 82 Germination to Harvest):

I'm calling her ready now, most of the hairs are nice and crispy and a pretty nice mix of trichome coloration too...

20190510_003832.jpg

20190510_004554.jpg

Ended up at 275g as she hangs...

May 9 Part "the third":

Gypsy Widow 1 (Day 82):
Still a ways to go for this girl... starting to show some milky trichomes but mostly still clear, the hairs are still pretty plump too.

20190510_010140_HDR.jpg

And last but not least... the very yellowed...
Lemon Drop 1.1 (Day 66):
20190510_010240.jpg

She is getting a defol treatment shortly to let some light into those buds...

But first, in celebration of the first harvest. Romberry shatter from Heavenly Daze, c/o Yocan's Torch portable e-nail on my tree perc bong.

20190510_010505.jpg

20190510_010837.jpg
Admittedly, a concentrate rig with a vertical ground glass fitting would be more convenient. (Or a 45 degree adaptor...) The Torch is great, although pales in comparison to a true enail in both power and control. For it's price however, it functions great and gives nice flavorful hits. Both my wife and I prefer Yocan Torch's flavorful water chilled hits to the Yocan Plus XL her step father has. The XL hits harder and is super portable, but those terpenes seem to be much more flavorful through the Torch. The Romberry... just wow... flavor overload...

And lastly for the Father in law who abused the CMH goodness in my closet (if you're still lurking)... Your peppers have sprouted...
20190510_010301.jpg

If I'm not too wrecked and forget... I'll post a post trim shot of LD1.1... but I'll likely forget... so maybe don't hold your breath or anything...
