I transplanted these Rhino Ryder Autos today "day 16 since sprouted." Do you think I transplanted too soon? I'd also love some input on watering these ladies now that they are in a 5g fabric pot. I've read it's much easier to over water in these larger pots and I need some guidance. Thanks

Perfect transplant and lookin' good! Check out the link Keffka provided. Basically, you want to provide water where the roots are on these little girls, meaning don't water the whole pot at this stage. With proper watering and ferts, these are gonna turn out great.
