Yes the magazine is US based but there are members and sponsors from all over the globe. The first sponsor I picked to order seeds from would not allow the transaction to be completed because I live in the USA.

i think there's got to be something other going on there .. they vet the sponsors pretty well. some may not complete depending on payment type, which is in place to protect the buyer if they do not live in a legal situation.
