That link with give you a good background on SIPs, but basically it's a kind of grow container with an on-board reservoir for the plant. It allows for healthier, happier and bigger plants with less work. Successful watering is automatic eliminating plant problems from over and under watering.

Ok Im liking the look/ sound of these

I had a liitle look through the info about them great stuff....one question though

How do you manage your nutrient feeding using this method? Still add it to the reservoir when needed /top down water like normal or continuous low dosage?
