Why are my plant's leaves droopy? Not a watering issue

hey all. i've got a purple bud lady, about a month and a half into veg. for the first time some of the leaves are really droopy. droopy like they're underwatered. flappy and not stiff. most of the floppiness is near the bottom/on leaves that aren't getting much light. however, all her sisters' leaves are normal from bottom to top. shaded or not. the soil is pretty wet about an inch down so i can't imagine she's underwatered.... help!

nah if she was overwatered the leaves would be stiff and curled down

Leaves that are drooping from underwatering will look limp and lifeless.

Leaves that are drooping from overwatering will be firm and curled down, even from the stem of the leaf.
