I have some 5wk old clones in 1gal pots,now I see roots coming out the bottom, I'm keeping them in their 1gal pots, do I need to root cut or just let them go, will the roots affect the flowering.

Ideally you would put them in bigger pots. If you can't transplant, I wouldn't cut them, just let them be.
Yes, if you have issues with your roots, you will have issues with flowering. Limited root growth will mean limited flower/bud development. You'll get buds, just not optimal.

This is my second season growing, I cloned from these mothers; Lemon Thai Kush, K-Train, OG Kush, Lemon Cheese Cake, and Delicious Candy. I cloned two ways, 1gal pot straight clone, 2gal pot LST, all are at 4wks in flower, the 1gal clones are starting to make bud, single cola, 2gal LST clones most have 4 colas looking really good but not making bud yet, Thanks for your feed back.
