I have a problem at my residence with having enough amperage. So, I rock half of my bloom at night and half at day. Also, I don't have any a/c just yet. I'm keeping my room between 90-100 F with wind circulation and co2. Anyone else dealing with the same issues and having to grow at high temperatures? What helps? What hurts?

Hello and welcome to 
Those temperatures are pretty high for growing, it may weaken the plants and make them more susceptible to disease and pests. Are you using LED lighting? If not it may be something to consider due to the lower temperatures. Also you could really do with getting some air circulation going as this will help a lot

I harvested this one at 32C max temps and she was fine.
If you're growing equatorial cannabis they love heat, LED does not supply enough of it.
