1st Attempt With Blueberry & Northern Light Autoflowering

update time:
The girls are 4 weeks today. I will start with the BB she has been growing very fast well compared to the NL. The BB has been really sensitive about nutrients. She has some yellowing around some leaves it seems random but not sure exactly what might be going on.
The NL on the other hand has been a champ, I have had no issues with her besides being so bushy lol.

The browning looks like a phosphorus or potassium deficiency. It may also be a pH problem, are you still checking the runoff and is it still coming at 6.5? :Namaste:

Thanks for the input Noob I will look into this, how do they look otherwise? The ph runoff from the last watering/feeding was 6.3. When I first noticed the leaves, I did a flush and then a feed of an 1/8 of the recommended dose for the grow, have not noticed much more leaves turning brown.
Next feed/watering the NL will get half dosage grow, and BB will do another at 1/8 dosage, to see what happens. If anyone has any suggestions with the BB or should I try another 1/4 with lower ph.

What kind of ballast are you using. Does it have rf sheild. I'm very sad can't use my ballast don't want to go to jail. I'm sitting here everything ready light should be here tommrow. And I can't use it now. And my for cable company is comcast. I'm real sad.

I'm okay mine is rf sheilded. I had studied for months not once seeing anything about this until today. It's happening in all models. But I'm happy going to give it a try. If cable company shows up I will know why lol. Thank you much for responding. I purchased a 600 watt dimmable.

Week 5 Update

The BB is really sensitive to nutes, when she first got nutes a gave her a 1/4 strength wich burned her so she was flushed and started looking really good again. The next feed she got a 1/8 strength and when I measured my runoff the ph was off. She did good with the lower dose so the feeding last week but to be sure if it was the ph or the nutes. I gave at a 1/4 strength to see if it may have been the ph. I have confirmed that her nutes she needs at 1/8 strenght. she is I think done with her flowering strecth and is working on bud production. She smells really good can't wait until she really bulks up.

The NL is a champ and is in flowering stretch now. she has gotten 1/2 strength nutes and received a little burn, so her next will be at 1/4. she is starting to smell decent also.
I will be going out of town for about 5 days. I watered them really good and raised the lights up quite a bit just because I don't want the NL to strecth into it, there wandering generally can go roughly a week in between, so the should be good. I think I covered everything

Happy 4-20
6 week update
girls are 42 das from sprout
I have had to leave them for about 5 days, so I watered them full the day prior to leaving with Ph'd water and forgot to add cal mag. I was a little nervous leaving them hoping for the best but expecting the worse. I came back to 2 still living, not happy and bone dry buckets, but living girls. the BB has had major yellowng, but bud growth is still progressing. The NL had slight yellowing on some leaves, but has grown so much in those 5 days. on to pics the BB will be first.

Week 7 update:
On the good side they are both still alive. I have finally figured out my issues with the girls. I have fairly hard water ph at a 6.5 and a ppm of roughly 200. I have been adding cal mag this whole time. I think the BB has been experiencing lockout because of this. I hope that I figured it out in time for the BB, and the NL just started showing leaf issues. I'm thinking the BB will make it thru just is going to lack on the yield. The NL is just a beast and is moving along so strong.
well onto the pics.

Week 8 Update:
The Blueberry is so persitent to keep trucking along throughout all of my mistakes. I know that my mistakes considerably hurt my yields. It is so amazing how strong these plants are. I had been thinking that she was getting nute burn, and I have realized that I was under feeding. She is a trooper for real and I plan on harvesting her at 9 weeks.
The Northern lights is looking so much better and will give me a better yield, but with making the mistakes that I have with the Blueberry she will do a lot better and she will be receiving her first drink of botanicare ripe, I think that is where I was going wrong by not giving enough and also higher ratios.
