The vegging will start in the tent next grow. Flowering will be in a 5.5' by 5.5' room i built.

Four plants in a 5.5x5.5? You should have plenty of room to train flat!
As long it's tall enough to have the bend in the plant above the pot line, the rest is just slow and steady training.

Thats what I'm thinking. The tent will be fine to start the seeds and veg all the way up to the point of bending but when that growth after bending kicks in they'll have to move quick.

They're looking better than I am and I've been up for nearly 8 hours!

So far they have been a dream. I gave them some water after they broke ground and then like 5 days later I hit them with nutes as well and they exploded with growth. Im more worried about what type of critters I have to deal with this time around now that the weather has changed. Do not want spider mites this time around.

Update on the girls. I started noticing a couple of leaves like this in the pic. It doesn't look the same as when I had the spider mites last grow but something is going on for sure. The second pic is more of a spot you can see through the leaf without actually being a hole if tha makes sense.

Yes. Im not seeing anything. I thought it would be too cold for them to make it in by now
Anything that can eat the edges of leaves or holes in the center is pretty big, in the caterpillar/grasshopper range. I can't think of any tiny bugs that chow down like that.

So if I can't find it then there is a chance it has left? Its not a big room...
Could be. If it's a couple of leaves I would just keep an eye out for new damage.

The thing about the second pic is it looks like the vein is yellowing. Hard to tell under that lighting, but bugs tend to skip the veins and just eat the leaf.

Not if you can't see any bugs on it. It's still working at photosynthesis!

Maybe I'll give them an iso spray tomorrow as well??
My backyard does have a lot of grasshoppers so one could have snuck in I guess.
1:9 with 70% iso is always a good idea, but it's most effective on the smaller leaf chewers. I think a grasshopper might just sneeze and keep chewing!
