Indoor Durban Poison Clones In Coco, First Time Cloning & Using Coco

cool tent Canuckush. exciting times ahead for you and i'm sure the curious mind will tweak and adjust on the fly to optimize. was busy over the last few days, but should be checking in with some regularity once again...love the updates and the new tent. very cool.
Thank you, I boffed it a bit, my mind's measuring guestimate was certainly off, haha the tent is a bit bigger than I thought, maybe a 3' X 2' would have been enough, oh well. Use it while I have it, it would be great in a basement or garage.

Happy growing!

Hey just found your other grow plants looking good and nice job on the tent. I have the same one but a 3x3x5.
I hooked up the 4" inline and placed the outlet by a window, once it was in it was great but loud, although legal here I still need it to be more stealth than it is now!
Do you have a speed controller for your fan? If you had one you could dial the fan down and would make it less noisy. Another option would be an inkbird temp controller found on Amazon fairly cheap. I have one they work great they have a probe that hangs in the tent to monitor temps you then plug your exhaust fan into it and it cycles the fan on and off to maintain the temp you set it to.
Are you going to run ducting from the fan out the window? That would be the best way to get the air out of the room will definitely help with the temps. You can open one of the vents in the bottom of the tent to draw in fresh air.

I'll look into that temp controller for sure, thanks! I do have ducting to the window but it's rather obvious and I'd like it a bit more stealth!
Thanks for the tips!

Today's canopy shot, look at how bushy Thelma is compared to Louise.

Thelma has a couple of taller stems so I super cropped those 2 so the rest of her canopy can catch up.

15 days on 12/12 and no sign of pistils on Thelma and Louise, their mom went 17 days before showing pistils.

We shall see if that's the case with these 2 in a few days.

Happy growing.

17 days update, still no pistils, I'll see if they go 20 days before showing.

Tonight's canopy shot.

What a mess, I need to defoliate but am a bit uncertain, I'll finally have some time tomorrow to take these girls out and take care of them properly.

Happy growing!

Not much to report, no pistils yet so a canopy shot.

There's definitely a difference in the canopy from a couple of days ago, filled in some more.

Happy growing!

There was a bit of stretch last night so I'll see if that continues by Saturday, that's my planned day for trimming these girls.

Woohoo! Nice buds, bud!

Trim day didn't happen yesterday, there is still some stretch going on with Thelma and Louise.

These 2 on Thelma are making a push passed the other 2 that were supper cropped last week or so to help even out the canopy.

Louise is a bit shorter but not by much, she's keeping up with her sister.

I'd like to get under that canopy and trim some of it off, I'm past the 21 days of 12/12 start but they are still getting taller, should I wait until they stop stretching?

Canuckush,
my conservative 2 cents...i still reluctantly pluck the yellowing fan leaves from me ladies and i'm (fingers crossed) within 2 weeks of a harvest on 2 of the girls. every little bit of DNA in those super green leaves you are planning on plucking are programmed to provide photosynthates to the flowers. even as i pluck the yellowing fan leaves from me ladies, i know that the plant would recycle all of the contents and turn them into tasty sweetness. having said all of that, i've seen some pretty major defoliation efforts on here with some harvests that wouldn't indicate any harm from the trimming...so i don't know...
i'm sure it'll be fine no matter what you do. maybe try a varying degree between Thelma and Louise and see if there is a difference at the finish line between yield/potency/flavour...

Thelma and Louise are coming along nicely, stretch seems to have slowed, about a quarter inch since Sunday. Their bud sites don't look so tiny anymore, small but not tiny.

Not extremely drastic but concerned about how I did it, I figured that since I didn't get to finish training them the way I wanted to I had better keep some popcorn buds around to have as well.

Now we wait for them to recover and see how they respond. At least it's easier to hand feed them now!

On with the show!

Looking good yo. Those budlets Will build like crazy in the next Two weeks.
Thank you @Lerugged coming from you that's gospel, thanks for the confidence boost!
Someday I'd like to do an outdoor DP that can do you justice! Although I don't think our strains around here are similar to what you have.

Happy growing!

Sunday update, 3 days post defoliation and the ladies are chugging along, it didn't seems to faze them one bit, no droop, no nothing, still reaching for the lights.
