Moto258 Grow Journal 2020 MoonDawg, Train Wreck & Unknown Clones From Last Grow

My favorite part of growing so far, watching the transition from just growing stems and leaves to flowers and goo :slide:
I’m really liking how tidy and uniform you have kept your garden it’s very easy to look at
And forget what you were doing just earlier lol

Lol well thanks I’ve been told I have bad ocd... so that could be why I have things a little tidy haha. This is just the set up I made from most things laying around the house! But plan on moving here soon into a house I’m not having to rent so that I can actually build the set up I’ve been waiting for!! This time in the growing process seems to bring out better moods in me lol I definitely enjoy getting up in the mornings to see the nights progress!!

Update!! Clones are stacking up nicely! Still at her stretch but slowing down. Moon dawg is looking great! Train wreck just started to throw out her bud sights, but still training big time with her to bush out! These clones go threw gallons just about every day now. If anyone noticed the temp and humidity gauge up on the wall the humidity says almost 70% ignore that as I also have 3 other digital meters in their that all read the same and it’s much lower than 70 lol so don’t think they are my levels because I don’t want to throw anyone in the wrong direction when it comes to humidity levels!! Did a little leaf stripping and some pruning on the bottom. Letting them heal up so that I can remove many more leaves in a week or so.

Wow I like all the new growth, there creeping higher with every update, how much room do they have for growing up into the light without burning if you don’t mind me asking?

I’m trying to get them to stop growing up so much before I do run out of vertical space haha, but at the moment I’ve been keeping the main grow lights about 10 inches from top colas and about 18 inches into the main canopy. I have about a foot left to go with the lights before I have to do some serious rigging lol. But I’ve had to do it before in the closets!! If I hadn’t training the clones like I did I’d have 10ft plants! Clones are 5ft right now from the base of the plant meets soil to top colas. I’ll put up some pics of under canopy to show how much light is actually getting threw the whole canopy because I’m sure them pics look like a crazy mess lol!

Pictures of the under canopy of the clones.

Updates on the clones, train wreck, and moon dawg!! Just had to cut back a lot of leaves on the clones and also a bunch of growth under the canopy had to go, but their are buds all over the place! Wishing I would have thrown that 3rd trellis up now because theirs just so much going on and only have a little more room to raise the lights but I’ve noticed their about finished with their stretch so fingers crossed!!! Moon dawg is looking just amazing! Sparkling dawg would have been more appropriate lol. Train wreck is still stretching and buds are filling up the canopy now. She was a very fast grower in veg, but took the longest to realize the light switch to 12/12! Now she’s actually throwing her buds out and filling up fast now that she realizes she’s in flower. I’ve already kept clones from train because of how impressive she was in veg!

Still explosive growth, from last update, hope the stretch doesn’t overtake your grow, buddy.
Still surprised every time you post a new pic :high-five:

Thanks my friend! Yeah the clones finally reached their peak on the stretch haha! But I tell ya what though if I hadn’t trained them and basically bent them over like an artch I wouldn’t have had the space that is a for sure! I’ll post some pics of them currently once I get back to the room! The clones in the back are already fattening up quite nicely! Moon dawg though I tell you what is very impressive! The buds are just fattening up each day! I was trying to figure out the flower period on these girls but I haven’t found to many people growing them yet, but ive been reading that if it’s an auto to start the flower day the day they come out of the soil! If that’s the case moon dawg should be about done but if I’m starting the flower day on the day I first seen the hairs popping out all over then I’m only at day 36 lol! So I guess their just going to be some fat ass nugs if they still have a couple more weeks to go!

I’m not sure about autos myself, but I think they flower just as long as any other plant lol, so I’m guessing day 36 flower but I’m still new,
It just seems autos go right into flower as soon as they reach maturity or get large enough to. idk, while you know photos need to be tricked into flower season. I’m guessing if you grew a photo out 12/12 from seed next to an auto, you wouldn’t be able to tell much of a difference, other then one finishing faster.
Me just thinking after my wake and bake.
But I’m really interested in autos,
My plan is to to get a pack of atous. maybe a 5 pack of something, still window shopping, where’d you get moon dawg? I might have to look it up after hearing you say auto.
Add it to my growing list of seeds I gotta Try grow some year,

I’ve never grown an auto myself lol but that’s a good example of why I never just go off what’s on the internet unless I personally do it myself or go off someone that I can trust to know they have been their done that before throwing something on the internet. This moon dawg plant I’m talking about is the same one I was having issues with early in veg I believe I might have put up some pics of concern a little ways back in my grow journal, but I was on the thinking it started flowering because I shocked her after flushing her out after a reading of over 2500ppms in my run off!! Everything’s a learning experience with these plants!

Garden update lady’s are really flowering up now!!
