I watered the girls today. They seemed pretty thirsty. Trixie was especially thirsty; her leaves were droopy as was her main stalk. I wish I had taken pictures of her as I noticed she perked up before I even finished watering her.

Each girl took about three cups of pH-adjusted water before there was run off.

I may have to change their watering/feeding schedule to every other day. I didn't think I'd be doing this so early.

Feeding day...

Made a gallon of nute solution with the following:
1 tb. Big Bloom;
2 ts. Grow Big;
2 ts. Tiger Bloom;
2 ts Terpinator;
.5 ts Open Sesame;
.25 ts Calmag Extra.

I also started LST on the girls. Trixie is a naughty girl and likes to be tied down.

Feeding day for the girls. Mixed a gallon of nute solution consisting of:
1 tb. Big Bloom;
2 ts. Tiger Bloom;
2 ts. Terpinator.

Adjusted the pH to 6.2 and let 'em have it. Bang! Zoom. Right to the moon!

I noticed Alice has one bright yellow leaf near bottom of the stem. I'm guessing it might be a nitrogen deficiency. I will post a photo later.

Girls were watered this morning. Each took nearly four cups of pH-adjusted water. Run-off occurred right after the first cup and after the fourth cup.

I retrained them.

Let me start by saying... mistakes were made.

I flushed the girls three days ago, each with a three gallon solution of water and 2 tbl of Bush Doctor Sledge Hammer. While I'm just including this now. It's not a mistake.

Yesterday, I switched the lighting schedule to 12 hours veg and bloom. I discovered, then, that one of my lights was already on v&b. It was probably this way for a few weeks when I briefly put on both lights on and thought I switched them back to veg.

As a result--I assume--both plants were stunted in their growth. They look very healthy but there's no way I'll get the amount of bud I was expecting.

Today, I mixed a gallon jug of nute solution consisting of:
3 ts. Big Bloom;
2 ts. Grow Big;
2 ts. Tiger Bloom;
2 tbl. Terpinator;
.5 ts Beastie Bloom.

As Alice and Trixie look about halfway through flowering, I wonder if I should transpot into three gallon pots; I think five gallon pots would be excessive.

I'm just not having luck with Northern Lights. Need to find another strain.

Good afternoon @Doctor Trevor hope you are having a good day.
Don't fret about what you think is a mistake.
It's actually good to leave both V&B on at all times.
The girs can use both spectrums regardless of what stage they are in.
Except babies ofcourse.
Everything looks fantastic my friend.

Stay safe
Bill

Thank you for the kind and encouraging words, Bill. Mistakes like this, and other aspects of my life, are leading me to believe that senility is setting in. I thought, for a while, it was the weed so I stopped using it for two or three days; it wasn't the weed.

3 ts. Big Bloom;

.5 ts Beastie Bloom;
8 ts. Grotek Insta-Green.

The pistols are still white and dense.

Fed the girls today. Prepared a gallon of nute solution consisting of:
3 ts. Big Bloom;
2 ts. Grow Big;
2 ts. Tiger Bloom;
2 tbl. Terpinator;
.5 ts Beastie Bloom;
8 ts. Grotek Insta-Green.

Trixie took in about 3.5 pints before run-off. Alice took in four pints before runoff.

I trimmed some of the lower leaves from each of them (for ventilation purposes). Trixie didn't need too much trimming; Alice looked like a 70's pornstar...

Trichomes are clear and plentiful.

Watering day for the girls. Alice took 5.5 pints of pH-adjusted water before there was runoff. Trixie took about five pints. Pistils look great. Trichomes are clear.
