So the wife is freaking out because she thinks the noise from the attic will draw attention from company. I told her it isn't noticeable normally but it is 2 am and we have everything turned off.
Mainly I think it is the air pump on the floor that's making noise as well as the water pump in the dwc....

Any suggestions on noise control??

put the pump on some kingspan, then put a bucket over it , till you get the one I showed you. and turn the water pump of at night.

if you can suspend any noisy things from bungee cords like your fan or air stone that should help reduce noise.
put a rubber mat or something sound absorbent under the dwc if you can

i put my fan in a box full of old cloths with duct running through it and hung it up and the noise was reduced allot
there's a fan inside that box not a blender

duct tape is the best invention ever

I think I am gonna try to put the Styrofoam pieces that surrounded the LED lights under the dwc buckets. I think the main source of noise is just the vibration from pumps that are sitting in buckets on the floor. The system is over my living room all in all a TV on will drown out the noise.

kingspan is a brand of Styrofoam type insulation,
the most noise is made by vibration particularly when something vibrating is in direct contact with the wall or floor

get a fish tank with a pump that would be on all the time

I you do not want noise from air pump you can hang them from the roof suspended by bungee cords. That will get rid of all vibrations.What you said to do with your buckets will work as well for that side.

The elasticity is what damps the vibrations.
